My husband and I spent our Valentine's Dinner here. We had the Clam Bake and Seafood Chowder! It's SUPERB! I think the Clam Bake is good for 4 people.

For my BD dinner I wanted to go local but wanted a seafood extravaganza..Stamps Lane Seafood Restaurant on Roncesvalles Ave so fit the bill. Really, really good. The prices not bad and vary for every budget. The owner, chef, Will is a great guy, comes and checks each table to make sure everyone is happy and to chat about the food. Rare. The dishes soo fresh. Offered us on the house banana splits...we enjoyed splitting one however really appreciated the generous offer extended. The NB oysters .... yum We all had the crab special...East Coast flare in a tray of goodness...go. Not a fancy upscale place, thank goodness. A very clean, down to earth, comfortable, welcoming one with a nice musical background vibe. I understand the menu changes often. I will go back in a heart beat.. . and will. So nice to have found and experienced this gem in our back yard. Thank you. Keep doing what you are doing.

The food was amazing. Fresh and delicious, the oysters we sweet and were probably the best tasting I've ever had. The seafood chowder was divine. The only downside is the kitschy decor, the napkins being brown janitorial and it was cold in the restaurant.

This place was excellent! Great food, great staff, great neighborhood, great ambiance! The owner was there on location and so kind. Will be back next time in Toronto. Thank you for such a great experience.

I got a lobster roll and fries for takeout and dang, they're doing it right. The roll had so much lobster and the flavour was on point. And the FRIES. I think I ate them about 30 mins after they were prepared but they were still fluffy and crispy. Not greasy at all. The kind of fries you dream about. 10/10

Had dinner here with my family. Staff super friendly, food was tasty and good portions. If you are in the mood for seafood, this is a place to check out!

We've decided this is our new fave local restaurant. Our goal is to eat through the whole menu by the end of the summer. What we have tried so far:Hard to go wrong with east coast oysters which we paired with their delicious margaritas! The lobster mac and cheese was ooey and gooey with generous pieces of lobster. The cheese biscuits are soft and fresh. The lobster roll was so damn good packed with lobster in a squishy soft bunThe coconut shrimp was large, plump and juicy. The chick pea salad is so refreshing. The batter for the fish and chips was great. Not too heavy. The fries are cooked perfectly. The shrimp tacos were yummy as well. The shrimp is battered. We hear that Monday nights is buck a shuck so planning our next trip there very soon

I've wanted to try this little restaurant for a long time ..it is now!Located in the charming and lovely neighborhood of Roncesvalles in Toronto. For the first I tried shrimp tacos and lobster roll..I dit not like shrimp tacos because I do not like breaded shrimp for my part I think it removes all the délicious taste of shrimp but without breading the shrimp were big and délicious and a very good portion (6 shrimp in 2 tacos)But the lobster roll was so délicious and a very good portion of this délicious lobsterThe deco is vintage with music of the seventies..Love it and the staff very friendly,,when I waitind for my order they bring me water I bought it was a very délicate attention.I will go back there the next time I go to Toronto (so very soon) even if it's only for the lobster

Worth the visit for sure. Value for money is hard to find in this city but this place has it. Muscles were great, coconut shrimp was also great and the clam bake is something out of a Sea Captain’s dream. We gorged like a couple of sea lions with David Attenborough narrating it saying things like “and they couldn’t possibly resist yet another shrimp despite the male sea lion having already put on his winter fat layer, they also got dessert” great place. Get after it.

Cozy and cute place. The food is also good. We are only 2 adults and 1 baby, so we don’t order many dishes.

We have had some amazing fish n chips from this restaurant awhile ago and some fairly average a few months ago, but we wanted to give it a try again this week. Sadly, the food was different and not in a good way. The batter was greasy and the fish was dry and so thin and hard inside. The fries were also too greasy to eat - I never leave fries and all 3 of us didn't touch them. The coleslaw was tasty though so we ate that up. I hope it was just an off night.

Truly an enjoyable meal, Chef Will takes great pride in his restaurant and it shines through. Seafood chowder is a must try and the crabcakes are a delicious crispy experience that go perfectly with the slaw. Accessible, delicious and chill. Do it!

The food was underwhelming and the seafood didn’t taste fresh. The waiter had no idea about wine… he gave us the option of 2 house wine, one of which was (in his own words) a blend of 4-5 different wines... Overall disappointing and I would’ve expected better from a restaurant on Roncy.
