Food is not fresh and staff don’t care about customers. If you tell them something was wrong with your food they don’t care. I used to go and supported them during the pandemic. When they had dine-in, I saw how they treated a customer when he slipped and fell on their greasy slippery floor and landed on his back! Luckily he was a young guy and didn’t injure him self visually, and he was embarrassed when another customer checked on him. They did not ask him if he was okay or go up to him!

Ordered a grilled pork and spring roll vermicelli on ritual. The lettuce that came with the vermicelli was not washed. So many little black bugs on the lettuce. VERY DISAPPOINTED. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!

a nice little store in the middle of the lively and bustling yonge/eg plaza! a very affordable alternative to the different eateries around. the bbq pork rolls are best bang for your buck. with HUGE portions and well-marinated and flavourful dishes, I keep coming back whenever i'm looking for a quick pick-up place for lunch and dinner and too lazy to make anything at home. I also recommend their chicken wings and fried tofu but you can't go wrong with their rolls.

Got take out beef soup came home opened the package only to realise the meat was in a small container raw and bloody. Please understand that if a non regular customer comes make the effort to ask them jow they want their meat done. If i wanted to cook meat i wouldnt be getting take out. Gross experience !
