I usually have the best experience here and I come all the time since I work in the area, all the employees here are SO sweet and I genuinely look forward to chatting with them, except this morning I got the worst attitude from the large white lady with the glasses. Very unfriendly, no “you’re welcome” to the 3 times I said “thank you”, she rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a splash more milk in my $5 coffee, just very poor manners in general. Super disappointed cause this location has the sweetest employees other than her :( I even spoke to my coworkers after this experience and a handful of them agreed that all the other employees at this location are SO lovely, but this specific lady is unfriendly and rude every time. I really value customer experience and someone who are works in customer service in Yorkville, and I hate rust I now have anxiety to get my morning coffee cause of one rude employee.

I ordered tall hot chocolate and when I opened the cup it was 2/3 full. Starbucks is charging you lots of money for cups half full. And yes there was a whipped cream which should not take a third of a cup. Definitely will not be back and I’m not even surprised Canadian locations are closing down.

Got serviced by Oceane and Wilfred. Very warm and cozy vibes. Staff was very attentive and helpful! Very clean establishment. Nice ambiance outdoors

I have been going to multiple starbucks near the area, but i would say, these people makes the best drinks, since i was also a barista for almost 2 years at starbucks, its hard for me to be satisfied with the drinks if i place order, but they made exactly what i like and they are sooo welcoming and nice too🫶🏻 Thanks, will keep visiting more often🩷
