I ordered tall hot chocolate and when I opened the cup it was 2/3 full. Starbucks is charging you lots of money for cups half full. And yes there was a whipped cream which should not take a third of a cup. Definitely will not be back and I’m not even surprised Canadian locations are closing down.

I have been going to multiple starbucks near the area, but i would say, these people makes the best drinks, since i was also a barista for almost 2 years at starbucks, its hard for me to be satisfied with the drinks if i place order, but they made exactly what i like and they are sooo welcoming and nice too🫶🏻 Thanks, will keep visiting more often🩷

One of the best Starbucks in the GTA! Friendly staff that always go above and beyond, great management as well! Baristas are very quick and make all beverages perfectly! Great patio seating as well. 10/10!!

I visited this Starbucks with my mom and sister recently, and we had a very disappointing experience. When we asked to use the washroom, we were told it was locked and that we needed to make a purchase in order for them to open it.
It was frustrating and honestly upsetting. From our appearance, it should have been clear that we were not there to misuse the space — we were potential customers. But even if someone is not buying something right away, a company like Starbucks should not deny people access to a basic necessity like a washroom.
It is disappointing to see a brand that promotes comfort and community act in such a cold and unwelcoming way. Denying access to a washroom unless someone pays is not only unkind, it is embarrassing for a company of this size.
Really shameful policy. Worst customer service experience I have had at a Starbucks.
