There is a guy who come here everyday and takes the best spot and he loves stepping out smoking and jumping back in and talking to every one loudly I just dont like it that he always takes the ideal spot and he is here 24/7 all day

I wouldn’t even give a one star to this Starbucks location, if I had the choice. We just went in with a hope to get a birthday drink and the staff were super rude. The policies says you have to enroll at least 7days before your birthday and have at least 1 star in your account to be able to get the birthday drink, but the staff rudely said you need to enroll at least 3 month before your birthday and multiple purchases from Starbucks to be able to have the birthday drink. Who knows which one we should believe on? This is crazy they ruin your birthday experience. Don’t go to this location! Very very disappointed and the staff were super rude to us. This is unacceptable. Please hire more polite staff to deal with customers. Hate going to this location 😑 By the way we called customer service, they professionally apologized for their rude staff behaviour and sent us the birthday coupon individually so we can go to a more polite Starbuck’s branch. I still hate hate going to this specific location.

Wait time too long for walk in services, someone asked for water they refused because he wasn’t a customer and the POLICY for the company changed, 5 stars to SUNSET GRILL to provide water to this person. Even I asked for water as a CUSTOMER, they didn’t provide it. Thanks for the bad service.

Worst experience ever at a Starbucks. June 8, 2025, 4:36pm. Extremely rude drive thru staff member. Telling me to go away saying “well obviously it’s not ready”. I pulled up and got my ordered drink immediately. At least the one with short hair apologized for the rude one that was on the intercom. I did not see her face.

There was this very rude man named jackie he took my order and he was very disrespectful being very sassy. He charged me 3 extra dollars then how much I regularly pay for drink that. I was taken aback but payed anyways. When I asked for extra caramel he was very rude giving me adittude!! I was highly insulted and I hope u don't have to deal with him. Pls have a talk with jackie this is unacceptable!!!

I've never been to a Starbucks that charges extra for no coffee, I only bought a mocha cookie crumbl with no coffee and got charged 2x more than how much I normally pay, the baristas name is Jackie he gives so much attitude when I was trying to customize my drink I hope he gets fired, do better Starbucks.

I went to this starbucks and Jackie was giving me attitude as i was ordering. I ordered what i always get “grande caramel ribbon crunch frappe with no coffee” and mind you it has never cost extra for no coffee, but Jackie gave me a whole speech on how since i’m getting it with no coffee it becomes a “syrup based drink” or something and that it cost extra. He charged me an extra 2 dollars, aswell as my friend who got the same thing. I have been ordering this for almost 1 year now and have never had this happen. If i could give the service 0 stars i would. Shame. Shame on you Jackie.
