$3.35 for this belgian waffle!? Not worth it! Its too small just plain robbery. The coffee was good though.

I recently visited this Starbucks brnach and enjoyed a latte with three shots of espresso. It was well-prepared and had a rich, smooth flavor that paired perfectly with just one sachet of sugar. The balance was spot on, making it one of the better lattes I’ve had in a while.
The vibe of the restaurant was warm and inviting, which made for a comfortable experience despite the busy atmosphere. The staff handled the rush well, and while the service was understandably a bit slower due to the crowd, it was still satisfactory.
Overall, a great experience—I’d definitely return for another caffeine fix!

The service was slow and filled with errors. They pumped out 12 vehicles at the drive thru before being served (1 group of 3 was in line before me).

This Starbucks has BY FAR the nicest, best baristas of all Starbucks I’ve been to. They always make the best drinks with 10/10 effort and I never leave without a smile on my face thanks to the amazing customer service. Shout out to Hussain who makes the best iced shaken espressos and always gives us a laugh!

Thos location is deplorable... you can't order a specialty drink here, and it tastes correct, or it's done correctly. The most you can order is a black coffee, and everything you need for that coffee should be on the side.
I order machiato lattes, they are quarter filled with syrup.. and taste off. I order pumpkin spice latte and it tastes off, and half is whip cream, I order coffee one time and it was cloudy, I order caramel crunch and it's tasting off as though they missed a pump for the caramel or something.... it's been like this for over a year.... I always hope it would get better..but nope... I can't come back here again, and if you are trying starbucks for the first time, or you know tpur flavors well.... take the extra trip to the don mills location... this one is sol..st this point...

They seemed like lazy crew members tonight. There were no other customers, yet it still took 10 minutes to serve the matcha. The guy just dropped off the cheese danish without calling out a name, and the lady with the braided hair did the same with the matcha cup. If you watch them, they’re moving as if they’re not the usual Starbucks crew.

Shift supervisor Paul.. sounds like he has a kindergarten education..
maybe that's why he is just a shift supervisor..
This boy has no sense or any kind of knowledge on how to speak to someone with a concern..
District Manager must of also learned and graduated from the same kindergarten as Paul..
Starbucks I've been with you since 1993 when I lived in Miami Florida, for you to now have no trained staff and such lack of educated staff on customer service, tells me the franchise owner is just as dum as the people he hires.. because it's really up to him or her to train and let them know about the Starbucks experience..

Always have a hard time with this location. I come at 9:30 p.m. and it says they're open until 10:00 p.m. They have no coffee available, not snacks or cookies, I have to get a specialty drink. Then at 9:40 they urging customers to get out as they say "we're closed." It's not 10:00 p.m. and they locked the door. Don't you want to make money? People want to buy coffee and snacks/food. I don't know why they're in such a hurry to close, should close at 9 if they want to leave so much

Poor customer service. I came in today June 13, 2024 at around 9:20pm. We were waiting for assistance hoping to get the lady with the glasses and blue mask’ attention. She had 0 guest-awareness and was too busy talking to her friends that came by for water.
She saw us when announcing an order out but never checked in with us if we needed something, which we did.
Her friend even noticed us trying to get her attention. I would give NO stars if I could
