I’ve observed this employee for a while since I frequent this location and find her to be problematic. It’s as if she finds it funny to mess up your order. I don’t want to get into it. But she is big, Asian, with beach blonde hair. She makes me not want to go back.

I come here quite often and have never had any issues. I always get the same thing as well - which I don’t expect them to remember either, it’s just the fact that I know what I repeat every single day. I think this morning there may have been a misunderstanding as to the drink being hot or iced. As soon as I reached the window, the guy is visibly seeing that I’m trying to reach to pay and he’s just standing in a very comfortable position when he could’ve easily met me in the middle. When he passed me a hot drink I kindly said I wanted it iced and he acted like I robbed his house. I’ve never had anyone make me feel so horrible over something so small… if that person is going through something personal I hope they get out of it but it’s not fair to take out a bad mood on others. Very unkind, and there was only one other car behind me so I don’t understand why he was so MEAN. I even tried to be nice and ease the situation, he fully rolled his eyes at me. I hope he touches some grass. Work is no PLACE to act like a sassy diva - kindness is free.

Just visited this location through the Drive Thru. I paid cash and I told the employee to keep the change. Which was almost as much as the cost of my order. Did I get a thank you. No! I'm not expecting the person to get bow down in gratitude but a thank you was expected.

As we get to the window for pick up, the woman attended was not pleasant, informed us have to wait for 10 mins because the protein is not ready, she came out with an attitude and very bad customer service interaction, the way she deliver her message was very rude and disrespectful, as we get inside to wait, the atmosphere was not pleasant.
