Usually to go place if I work in the area but today the Starbucks was just simply closed without notice on the website or the app. Very disgusting. Have to walk even further to Bay and Temperance Location just to get my caffeine fix today. No wonder many locations are closing. Unscheduled store closures...very disgusting.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for a while now, mostly ordering through app before I go to work. Everything was great until today, when I placed my order - it showed me the wait time is 30 minutes. I couldn’t cancel it through app, so I waited near the pickup counter for 15 minutes and left with nothing as I had to go to work. This is just so sad, i’ve never seen this location so crowded. Why would you accept orders through app if the orders can’t be fulfilled in a timely manner? I can’t even dispute the transaction or cancel the order - it was showing that somebody is working on my order but clearly, it was way too many orders. Poor baristas and what a greedy corporation

Starbucks is always great, it was us, not known to coffee much. We ordered Cappuccino and it was so tasteful, like we wanted in our mind on that rainy day. Ambience is soothing, traffic view from the cafe is like Hollywood. Staff is very friendly.
I start my weekdays at this Starbucks, usually with an iced Americano and a sandwich.
Yesterday, something unbelievable happened — one crazy person in the store suddenly started throwing his food and drinks everywhere. Unfortunately, I was standing right next to them and ended up getting everything all over my clothes. It was an awful experience.
But one of the staff members immediately came over with a genuinely caring expression, asking if I was okay and if there was anything he could do to help. That alone meant a lot to me. I didn’t need any compensation — his sincerity was enough.
Then this morning, one of the staff members or maybe the manager recognized me and provided truly exceptional service. Thanks to them, I started my day feeling great and it turned into one of the best days I’ve had recently.
I’ve been in Toronto for about two months now and visit this store almost every day. I can honestly say I’ve never seen a team maintain such consistently warm smiles and kindness like the staff here. I’m always grateful for this store and the amazing people who work here. I’ll definitely keep coming back! Good luck!
