Very disappointed with the service at this Starbucks location. We spent over $50 on drinks and simply asked for an extra cup — a reasonable request, especially given how much we ordered. The staff member was extremely rude and dismissive, and made the entire interaction feel uncomfortable. I’m a frequent Starbucks customer and have never been treated this poorly. Terrible experience and definitely not the level of service I expect from Starbucks.

I’m in town renting meetings and for the past 2 days have got coffee travellers for our team. The level of service from this location has been exceptional.
From the pre-ordering to having everything ready on time and warm greeting when picking up the team has delivered!

Last week I went to get coffee at this particular store but had bitter experience.
I asked Jon who was taking my order to add extra steamed milk for which he denied.
I also offered to charge me for extra milk but he didn't do that.
I can see at Starbucks they waste almost 10-12 liters (in total) of milk everyday by draining the left over steamed milk after pouring but this guy couldn't add extra milk in the coffee.
This is weird, other staff are very nice but this guy by mistake joined the hospitality.
This is not Starbucks service, he's spoiling the name of the company.
I visit other Starbucks outlet & they all accommodate & customize the coffee.

I always prefer coming here to sit and enjoy the welcoming atmosphere and convenient location. I especially want to highlight one of the staff members, Kirill Z. He was incredibly kind and exceptionally respectful. Employees like him truly enhance the customer experience and elevate the reputation of the store.

I happened to get the other coffee unwillingly because Verona was in stock brewing, until it came to Jimmy's attention and fixed things so quick for me.
