This location provides excellent service. The ladies on shift tonight (Nov 25, 2025 @ 7pm) were a delight! I was greeted with happy smiles and upbeat conversations, and they made my drinks with care, paying attention to lining the cups with extra puree as I requested. Amazing serivce!!

The staff typically on shift on weeknights are amazing! In this day and age when true customer service is pretty much non-existent, these ladies do their jobs well, with a smile, kind words and friendly attitude. Even when serving miserable customers. It’s refreshing, quite honestly, and I miss these types of people at other food & beverage establishments that I frequent. Oh, and they speak absolutely perfect English, as well… imagine that! 😃

It's hard to believe that a simple order might take 20 minutes to prepare when the store is not busy. Highly unprofessional staff. Suggestions from them that I can cancel if unhappy is shocking. Seeing other frustrated customers who get mixed up or missed items orders only proves the Sunday afternoon shift is not organized and chaotic.
