I don’t get out of my car, your employees do their job which is to give the product I paid for and the audacity to prompt a tip at the drive through.

Jenny got my order wrong twice. Advised her no ice in one of the drinks. Simply doesn't understand basic instructions. Chatting up a storm with her colleagues seems to be more important.

I and my colleague went to grab coffee early afternoon today,we had ordered our coffees and sitting in the lounge and one of the barista comes up to our table and says “this spot is only for customers” like dude don’t we look like customers🤷🏻♂️ and we told her that we are waiting for our drinks and she responded ok let me verify,took the name for our orders and left.i was super pissed and when i took this matter to the manager she was kinda defending her saying its our store policy that the table is for customers(looks like like the Manager has never been to other cafes or restaurants,where ever you go the table is for the customer!) And yea please teach the staff how to talk to people, she could have asked “whether we had placed an order or are you guys waiting for any order/ are you guys ready to order And not straight up say the table is for customers This incident also felt that they being racist,the its next to my office i will never come here again

I recently visited the Starbucks at 4915 Steeles Ave W, and the service was excellent! The staff were friendly and efficient, and my order was prepared quickly. The store was clean, and the atmosphere was inviting. One minor observation: I noticed an employee who wasn’t on duty enjoying food from another establishment, which didn’t impact my experience but just caught my attention. Overall, it was a great visit, and I’ll definitely be back!
Recommended dishes: Spinach Feta and Cage Free Egg White Wrap
Good coffee but extremely expensive. Only buy for a treat.

I had a great experience with Francois (I believe that was her name). Although the store was extremely busy she did an amazing job keeping everyone up to date with their orders and happy. She stayed positive and was really great to work with.
