If I'm being charged $9 for a latte, I expect better service. At the very least I should be able to ask questions and receive understandable answers.

One of the most ridiculous Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I waited 30 minutes for an order that I’d placed for pickup on the app. I went in and asked about it because I didn’t say it on the table where the other mobile orders are. With as much attitude as possible the barista asked if I’d given my name and order at the counter. Why would I do that when I’m picking up a mobile order? Instead of answering me, she kissed her teeth and continued to go about her business. I flagged down another barista and she said we’re working on it now.
I saw many people come and go and 30 minutes later I just left. It was a very simple order of a cinnamon cake slice and a mocha frappe. There are far better Starbucks to visit, and I wouldn’t bother visiting here again.

Great staff, disappointing drink

I ordered a Matcha drink from Starbucks and unfortunately, the taste was really disappointing. The texture was uneven and frothy, and the flavor was weak — more like sweetened milk than real matcha. It also wasn’t mixed well, with clumps sitting at the bottom.

That said, the staff was extremely polite and friendly, which I truly appreciated. Their service was great, but the quality of the drink definitely didn’t match Starbucks standards.

I absolutely adore every single barista that works here. @management Please award them w/ raises & bonuses 🙏 They never sacrifice warmth in interactions in the name of efficiency. While some of the most competent baristas I’ve ever seen working, they go above and beyond to connect with every customer. Please please retain and cherish these employees!!!

Honestly, the service is really slow. There’s no point of ordering mobile because you still have to wait. Also, people seem incapable of leaving room in the drive-through to exit since it’s a U shape

Definitely one of the SLOWEST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. There was literally just 1 car in front of me in the drive thru, but I had to wait 13 minute to get my coffee that I had mobile ordered prior to getting there. They spent 6 minutes taking order from the car in front of me and then another 7 minutes while that car was at the window 🤯 and it seemed like they only got 2 drinks, it wasn’t even one of those customers that orders like 7-8 drinks at the drive thru.

way too slow, i was in the drive through for a good 20 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me

That was the worst coffee I’ve ever tried
My friend got mango dragonfruit lemonade and it was just coloured water
