Worst customer service by the crew, one says something and the other says something else. This girl blended the drink without asking and then remade and didn’t add the amount of milk I wanted saying we charge extra. But the first time they could add. Really insane behaviour.

Stanley, Ahad, Olive, Julia, & all the other baristas that work at this location make it so warm & inviting, & truly make you feel welcomed & at home when you're here.
Parking: Street (paid) parking nearby, on both College & Bathurst, plus a "rate-per-hour" parking lot on the opposite (Southwest) corner from this Starbucks.
Kid-friendliness: All the staff (baristas) here are great with kids of all ages (less than a year, all the way up to 100+ years of age! ? )
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a wheelchair accessible ramp & door for those that cannot use the stairs.

Excuse me Mrs. Batista if you can not smile and be polite at 9 am so it shows you have a problem so stayat home or let someone else cover you, I just asked her about iced coffee and she was impolite and very angry, direct me to the other side . And at the end push the coffee.

Special thanks to Asha who gave me excellent service using my new Starbucks app. I actually wanted to come back to this location for my birthday because another server had recommended I get the app and was so friendly and helpful! She had short, dark hair and I hope she sees this review. It was pouring rain on my birthday but it was worth going to this location.
I also love the spacious, renovated interior that use to be the old historic Bank of Nova Scotia. So happy the exterior is still preserved.

CLEAN TOILETS!!!!!!
It's a nice cozy outlet with lots of natural light. Don't worry about it being too bright as they have blinds to block some light out
