I love my visits to the Starbucks inside the Longo’s in Leaside. The baristas are all super friendly, esp. Olivia and Marlie, the manager at this location.
Every time I visit, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and filled with positive energy. The store is spotless, (and yes, I’ve taken pics of the Starbucks near my work to show Marlie the difference in how clean her store is vs others).
My coffee order at this location is consistently perfect, and the team is top notch. However, what sets this location apart is Marlie.
Marlie is the kind of leader who elevates the entire experience. She knows her customers by name, remembers their go-to orders, and makes everyone feel valued. She has an incredible ability to stay calm during the busiest rushes, all while encouraging her team and keeping smiles on everyone’s faces.
The great coffee and great service make this Starbucks location one I will always go out of my way to visit. Thank you, Marlie, (and team) for always turning a coffee run into something to look forward to.

in a world full of coffee shoppes this is one you should steer clear of. If you really want starbucks there is another one five minutes away.
Terrible customer service. We ordered and then waited and waited and waited. They forgot our whole order and kept us waiting, asking us to move to the side. Starbucks, your coffee has never been good, it's burned. Your customer service sucks.

I frequently visit this location and have always enjoyed excellent service and great coffee. However, during my last visit, I noticed that the barista seemed to be quite preoccupied with chatting and laughing with a colleague, which affected the service.
I don’t mind a friendly atmosphere at work, but it would be great to see a bit more focus on delivering quality coffee and customer service. Unfortunately, my drink was not up to the usual standard, and it was quite disappointing.
