I always order my coffee from here and have never had a bad experience until today. I ordered my matcha latte and ended up chewing on a bunch of these little black things in one sip. They smell like coffee beans, but I’m still not sure if that’s what they are.
Great beverages and atmosphere

Extremely Watery Frappuccino, no thick straw available so all the chocolate chip is sticking inside the thin straw, will not ever go again.

The matcha here is an atrocious sacrilege to matcha everywhere. Do not order matcha here.
The baristas did not prepare it correctly at all, I took a sip of a matcha latte and it left my lips and tongue colored green with undissolved, low quality matcha powder.
Poorly prepared matcha is consistent with every Starbucks in this city, but the ineptitude of the baristas in this location in particular managed to serve me milk + undissolved matcha powder.

The drinks and food is the usual you'll find everywhere. Especially since the bakery items are delivered. At this Starbucks location, there's very little seating indoors. About 4, 5 tables. There's option for patio if it was opened. Otherwise, if you want to sit down, make sure there's room.

The coffee they made here tastes like coffee. I think the secret is in the green aprons they wear. If you are looking for a hamburger or pork pizza, this is not the appropriate place. Remember the Flower League. They will be in town for the weekend. Here is a picture of Ton playing the guitar after we had flat whites.

Beautiful little hole in the wall location! Not a lot of seating BUT the whole team there is welcoming, kind and effienent! It’s obvious it’s a high volume store when it’s busy! They got my my drinks in good time! Iced americano was perfect! ?? lovely to see and hear such a good work environment even when it’s slammed! 5/5

It was BOGO day on March 21 and had trouble having to scan my Starbucks card. The male Filipino cashier was really patient while I tried installing the Starbucks app as my Starbucks gold card couldn’t scan on my Apple wallet. He said to download the app so as to scan a card that would include a “coupon”. I volunteered to step aside to fully install the Starbucks app for a few minutes before allowing the cashier to scan again but still to no avail. The cashier asked his female black co-worker for help about it not scanning and she suddenly announced to him out of the blue that they were “officially” out of matcha. So I was embarrassed and decided to walk away. Now I wonder if that was true as it happened to be while I was there still having difficulty getting my card to work but left anyway. I went to another Starbucks location next to Hudson’s Bay. The cashier there told me a gift card was needed to access BOGO when I asked. Luckily I had one saved into my Starbucks app. It was weird how the information was different in this location than the one near Yonge St. Anyhow, I fully appreciated the guy’s patience with me but disappointed as my issue wasn’t resolved due to lack of adequate information. And I wished that lady who said that they were “out of matcha” wasn’t deceiving as the girl seemed to not want to help with my card issue.

I just love this Starbucks from the music they play, to the staff, to the little stickers they add on the drinks it’s my favorite. Staff is incredible as well they’re so lovely. Wish there were more sits available.

First of all, I am going to start with the stellar service here. It is clear that staff know the regulars. Even with everyone else, they are so charming and friendly. The service, as I wrote above, is impeccable. As for real estate, there's about 3 booths with tables and one corner table, all woefully small, however with tall glass windows so you can distract yourself with passerby if you want.Good luck getting a spot, though. The wifi does not work, this despite reporting to the staff multiple times. You're able to connect, but cannot log in to anything. The music is blared at a high volume, can become quickly grating. This seems to be by design, to discourage you from nesting. All in all, great potential but lost due to realestate and lack of wifi. Your best bet is to work out of St. Michael's lobby on the other side of the street where wifi and space are plentiful.

I’ve placed an order here on multiple occasions and I would say 75% of the time it’s made incorrectly.
