Everytime I go to this starbucks, my drink is not made right. I got a chai latte with extra ice, the first time it was made it, it tasted alright just very very milky. I asked them to remake it and it tastes like coconut and no chai? This is the 5th time in a row coming here and my drink is never made right compared to all the other locations I have been too?

Honestly understand that my drink is long and a little tedious with the amount of espresso 'shots (8)I get over ice but that being said Starbucks is where you supposed get your fancy expensive drinks from right? Well apparently not as all I got was attitude from the employee Yomi/Komi for trying to make sure that my drink is correct. Which surprised it wasn't. I left with a hot drink when I ordered a cold one.
And you know what I still let that go, I still tried to say thank you have a nice day at the end and what she do give me a dirty look and then start talking to her co-worker about me. This is never a location I'll come back to.

Worst service I’ve had at this Starbucks. Marose was rude, impatient, and showed no respect. My order was made incorrectly and handled with attitude instead of professionalism. Very disappointing.

I had such a wonderful experience at this Starbucks! Everyone greeted me so nicely and made me feel very welcome. I usually order a vanilla latte, but this time I wanted to try something new. I asked the tall barista at the front (I think his name started with “Y”), and he was super friendly and genuinely smiling. He suggested I try the Brown Sugar Oat Shaken Espresso, and it’s now my new favourite drink!
He even checked in afterward to see if I liked it — which I really appreciated. It was such a thoughtful and caring interaction. This location truly made my day. 💚
Best location! Super clean and the staff always get my order correctly. Its a really neat spot during the summer too

its overall not a bad place ive had really good interactions here, I have employees I prefer to order from or make my order, they are thoughtful but the bad experiences I've had, is extremely overpowering. one particular employee is always rushing me and I understand it is busy, but its not like im thinking for 10 minutes in front of a busy line, I simply just asked her if I can use credit and gave me a sarcastic remark. maybe it was a dumb question but its not the the employee decision to be rude about it.
