Great guys working here, especially this dude named David. Made my day by helping me pick out a drink since i didn’t know what to get. I don’t know what that peter guy is complaining about, starbucks offers free drinks to the people working in store so for all he knows that girl works there and he should mind his business next time. Anyway, amazing staff, don’t let these negative nancys get to you, all it takes is one bad apple.

Great location! Really friendly staff that create a “cheers” like vibe (where everyone knows your name). Super super sad they got rid of their upstairs though, it was such an awesome place to sit and have coffee downtown in the village. I do mobile orders and I’ve never arrived and not had my order waiting for me regardless of how busy they are. Love it!

I've been coming to this Starbucks almost every day for a couple of years now, especially since it's the closest location to me from university. From the moment I walk in, I’m always greeted by the kind and friendly staff who consistently make my drinks just right. This level of service is why I choose Starbucks over Tim Horton's or McDonald's. While some may say the drinks are overpriced, I personally don’t mind paying a little extra for quality handcrafted beverages and excellent service.
I want to give a special shoutout to some of my favorite staff members: David, Kaya, Afsana, and many more. They all bring such a positive attitude to the workplace, even during those busy rush hours when the orders pile up. Their hard work and dedication really make my day, and I genuinely believe they all deserve a raise for their outstanding service.
This Starbucks location may have limited seating since it's on the smaller side, but I really enjoy it, especially during patio season when there's a bit more space to relax outside. Overall, I think this is the best Starbucks location around, and I look forward to my daily visits. Thank you all for making my coffee experience so enjoyable! ☕️🥰

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at one of your stores. where I was attended by an employee named Sebastian. I inquired about a promotion that had been mentioned to me earlier, but the employee did not provide a clear explanation of the details.
As a result, I ended up purchasing more items than I actually needed in order to take advantage of the offer. I feel that this was not good service and that the promotion was not explained properly, leading me to spend more money than necessary.

Just had a Venti Iced Caramel Almond Milk Latte at this place. The drink is tasty, staffs are nice and friendly. And they have straws there at the pick-up area that you can just grab yourself along with your drink; and they don’t lecture you when you take your straw, which makes a stark contrast comparing to the Starbucks at the Bay & Cumberland location.
