Starbucks could be a very delicious place at times I would recommend coming in here however they do not have the proper communication for people with disabilities if you need to go to a place that has the proper accessibility please refer yourself to the Aroma located on Bay Street
The coffee is good. You just can't customsize your drink here because they never make it right.Please double check the order with the customer. I ordered Black Tea Latte with Salted cream on the top，they give me Black tea with sea salt. I ordered Strawberry Coconut with Salted cream on the top，they give me extra caramel sauce in it.Everytime I ask for no ice please，they will just ignore the option because I never get my drink with no ice.So I no longer ask for remake，it's a waste of time and food. Just very disappointed with this location. 8 out of 10 times they just make the wrong drink.

The Latte is always great. The other drinks are not so much so
Starbucks is a very reputable & established business they keeps up with that reputation.

Hard to find a place to sit. The hot chocolate was not sweet enough. Staff was nice.

Good ambiance.I really like the fact that is in Indigo. It is very enjoyable to sit down, have a coffee and read a book from indigo.
