Located inside the 2 Bloor East (originally the Hudson's Bay Centre). Under the Royal Bank.
Few steps from TTC Bloor-Yonge Station. Washrooms are available at mall Food court.

The staff was friendly. Just that one of the drink wasn’t made properly. I added cold foam but I got 80% cold foam and 20% matcha drink.

Some of the employees there have awful hygiene. the worker serving me there smelled bad like she hadn’t bathed in months, this blonde girl couldn’t even swallow my drink disgusting

According to google map, this is supposed to close at 8:00pm and I went into grab a coffee at 7:30pm. But the lady just denied saying it’s closed and when I told her that it’s supposed to be open until 8:00pm. She said no I have to clean that’s why I closed early.

I stopped at Starbucks just to get a cup of water and was told I couldn’t unless I bought something “new policy.”
Absolutely shameful. Denying water to a pregnant woman in this heat is cruel. I will never come back!

Slowest service of all time. Doesn’t matter if you order ahead, they will not have it ready in time. Tip: order it 20 minutes ahead of when you need it.

Very terrible experience I had at the Yonge and Bloor Starbucks (inside the TTC station) on July 2nd. As a regular Starbucks customer (Gold card) I walked into the Starbucks location after 6pm with my own thermal mug and kindly asked if the staff could fill my bottle up with water. I was advised that even though I am a Gold status customer, who has spent countless amounts of money at Starbucks each year, that I would have to purchase something in order to have them fill my bottle with water, while it was 30 degrees outside in Toronto. I decided to leave and buy a bottle of water outside of Starbucks, as I found this very disrespectful. I ended up slipping in sneakers, on the very slippery and soapy wet floor of the exit of the store, that a staff member (without the caution sign out front) was mopping during business hours. I was asked if I was ok, but no one came to help me. I called the store manager to complain and was advised that this is Starbucks policy. I now have a knee injury and have a flight booked to Europe in approx. 3 weeks. Absolute disgrace that Starbucks treats loyal customers this way. I will never be coming back to any Starbucks location, due to this immense disrespect and negligence. If that’s the corporate policy, they should be ashamed of themselves for treating customers in such an inhumane way.

Dont bother ordering ahead at this location. I saw at least four people that were lining up that got their drinks and food before an order i placed at least 10 minutes prior to arriving. I only ordered a caramel macchiato too so nothing complicated

I had a terrible experience at this location. I ordered a Caramel Crunch drink and waited over 15 minutes, only to be told they were prioritizing online orders. When I asked for a refund due to the long wait, the staff member conveniently started making my drink at that moment.
There was no apology, no attempt at good customer service, and certainly no offer to make things right—not even a complimentary drink for the inconvenience. The two male employees working clearly didn’t care and showed no professionalism or urgency.
This level of service is unacceptable. Customers waiting in-store should not be treated as an afterthought. I won’t be returning to this location.

Amazing Starbucks location near Bloor-Yonge Station, always convenient and welcome. Brennan, who wears a cap and glasses, is always welcoming and wishes me and the patrons at Hudson's Bay Starbucks (Path) a great day. To save time, always remember to bring a pen and paper so I can communicate. To everyone in the community, I heartily suggest this cashier/barista. I appreciate all of the beverages you made for me, Brennan, as well as your charisma and excellent customer service.

Ordered online via the mobile app. My fault for not double checking but I sent the order to another store.
I told the barista and they immediately told me not to worry and they would make me one here. No questions asked, they didn’t shame me for my mistake.

Got my drink order right which is tough sometimes. The service was the best I’ve had. The girls were so sweet and giving me compliments on my earrings. They were so enthusiastic and had amazing energy. Will definitely come again.
