This location hired the most friendly and welcoming staff and baristas!! Redeemed my birthday drink here, the staffs were sooooooo nice!

Will not be coming back here. I Was waiting for my friends drink with her while i overheard a orange/pink mullet barista talking to a customer with such condescension it literally made my jaw hit the floor. The sweet sweet customer was simply asking the barista about the drink she ordered and that she had it made differently at other locations, the barista was quick to snap back at the customer stating “well IVE been a barista for 6 years, everywhere else has been doing it wrong then” in a very aggressive condescending tone. The entire conversation was so hostile from the baristas end, as a barista myself i was so appalled and couldn't believe what i was hearing. I also proceeded to watch the customer throw the drink out because the barista refused to remake it the way the customer was wanting. Coming from a barista: DO BETTER.

I come here everyday however it really depends on who you get to make your drinks.
For me, I get a matcha with light ice as it’s cold out and I have to carry it to the office. I’m the summer I do not mind the ice as it’s hot out, however it’s so frustrating to grab my drink and it’s ice cold whereas sometimes there’s a mild amount of ice which is all I ask
It’s the same thing everyday so I am shocked when I get my drink and it’s ice cold whereas the day border I got the most amazing drink. So frustrating when the inconsistency ruins the experience.
Furthermore when I asked the girls of this was light ice, they said yes and it was a bit aggressive. I’m assuming they were just defending the drink they made however I am super frustrated now with a drink I paid for and it’s not what I wanted…

I go here a lot. I’ve never had this problem before I went today. I ordered a dragon drink with light ice. I got back up pink drink. I said OK excuse me I didn’t order this. I ordered a dragon drink. The guy behind the counter just scoffed and started making a new one I was handed a Venti dragon drink with ice all the way up to the very top line not the line with ink the line in the plastic cup. If you know Starbucks, you know that this line is near the very tippy top. I had ice all the way up to there. I had maybe two steps of the drinks before I was just hitting raw ice and I’m very disappointed if I could insert a picture I would show you but the stupid app is not letting me.

As a loyal five-year customer of the Bloor Starbucks, I am extremely frustrated by recent incidents where my mobile order was taken by another customer before I could pick it up.
Most disappointingly, on both occasions I arrived well within the app’s estimated ready time. My order had already been made but was placed out of sight behind the espresso machine, where it was mistakenly taken.
While I understand mistakes happen, the frequency is unacceptable. Furthermore, remaking a simple drink (ice coffee with salted caramel cold foam) took over 10–20 minutes each time, making me late for work. And you have to repeatedly ask if they are actually remaking your drink is so frustrating.
After years of trust, the combination of poor order management and slow resolution has completely eroded my confidence in this location.
The workers here are nice and thank you for wishing me have a nice day, but I’m not even before I am in the office.

Today I went for Starbuck's new Iced Dubai Chocolate Mocha, and it is very calorific, but I love chocolate and it was great.
It's part of their pistachio menu (see attached picture), the foam is so smooth, creamy and delicious. The drink didn't taste much like coffee, but clearly, if we're going for Dubai chocolate, you're going to get exactly what you were looking for - deliciousness! If you love chocolate, you'll love this drink.
This location is quite small, and it seems as if it is meant to be somewhat of an express location, but the wait was quite long. In terms of service, there was a huge line on the left side where the mobile orders are and on the right, a big line as well for the cash register. There was only one register open. I believe they were training someone, but they weren't taking any orders at all on that register, so it was quite busy.
I give the service here about 2/5 stars because it takes some time for the drink, there's not really a comfortable spot to wait, and it seems like a busy location, but only one register was open.
In terms of atmosphere, there's a very welcoming message board as soon as you arrive and it's lovely.
However, since the location is quite busy, it's kind of awkward thinking of a place to stand to wait for your drink. The location is quite small, again, especially due to the two simultaneous lines on each side, and is kind of narrow. Ultimately, the atmosphere of the place I would give it 3/5. Due to:
1. Felt sort of awkward waiting so long with a line on each side trying to find somewhere to stand in the middle.
2. There is nowhere to sit and had to wait quite a bit for the drink.

Always a long wait. Wish there was a better way to organize rush/peak hours.
I ordered a coffee and politely asked if milk could be added, as I wasn’t physically able to do it myself. The manager refused to assist and told me to do it on my own, saying they would clean it if I made a mess. I found this response dismissive and unhelpful. Very disappointed with the level of customer service and I won’t be returning to this location.

I got bacon egg bites there is no bacon inside at all and they don’t want even accept my order then I asked for water they said we don’t have
My order was supposed to be ready by 10:27 am, by 10:40 order was still not ready…. I understand if it’s busy but there were 3-4 customers at the Starbucks. This was very disappointing, I would’ve not been pissed off if I didn’t have to head to work but on any other Starbucks location, even on red cup day my order was ready always within 5 minutes, thankfully they gave me a refund and cancelled it but honestly go somewhere else especially if you’re on a time crunch, they’re far too slow. I would’ve not stopped if I knew they would be this slow.
