Far from fresh.. when I presented the wrong coffee I got maybe 3 or 4 uhms and ahhs, not even a sorry about that, nothing
So yes I walked away.

I went once to this location but it was very pleasant to visit - the man that seemed to be in charge was very friendly while at the same time it seems very efficiently run. Pastries and coffee ordered was correct and good.

The night staff at Starbucks at sick kids hospital are truly amazing, polite helpful, caring and hard-working. I can only speak and comment on the night crew because I work nights and that's where my experiences are from. They are a great team and I see how they work together. Great job. Keep up the good work.

Was turned away by security right at the door, the Starbucks is literally right there to the right and I only wanted takeout but was told it's only for patients and staff

Am highly disappointed in Starbucks my first n last time. Poor customer services. Staff can’thelp u. I was standing at the wrong side n they couldn’t even help me out. Ended up throwing my coffee cos of how angry I was. Train the staff to be better n raise ur heads up.
