I had a very disappointing and disheartening experience at this Starbucks. Just two hours earlier, I had bought my coffee here—but when I returned and simply asked for a glass of hot water to warm up my baby’s milk, I was coldly denied unless I made another purchase. It wasn’t about the money—it was just hot water, for a baby. The staff showed zero empathy or basic human understanding. I’ve never encountered such a lack of compassion, especially when it involved the needs of a child. Very disappointed
