The fact that they charge extra for “no ice” when asking for an ice latte is a scam.
At every other Starbucks you are able to do so. Sure it be a bit less but not half the cup like they would do here.

The staff is honestly the best!! Everytime I go they are so friendly and always make me feel cared for. They ask about your days and make you feel seen. The drinks are also amazing as well. My favourite is an iced matcha latte. But if I’m being honest, it’s the lovely chats with the staff that keep me coming back:)

Such a irritating staff I don't know her name but she is very rude to me and also java chip is only filled with ice there is no liquid in that , not a racist I like everyone but the staff who was serving me was Philippines

Kid-friendliness: They offer something called “kid temperature” which means they will serve the drink at a cooler temp so kids will not burn their mouth. (Make sure to ask your barista while ordering)

It may seem like a strange spot but it’s easily accessible without going through the “mall”. The mall entrance that is adjacent to The Bay entrance is where your enter (along Bloor) and the Starbucks is just to your right after a few steps. The shape of the restaurant is perfect for easy entering and exiting which is good for the Covid era we are in. Staff are very friendly, fast and it wasn’t busy when I went (mid day weekday).
