Rude staff at this location. My drink did not taste right and I attempted to ask barista “Zac” for a remake who ignored me while chatting and making a drink for his co-worker who just got off. I was on a lunch break and did not have the luxury to wait around.. he continued to deliberately ignore me and although eventually the drink was remade I didn’t like how this experience made me feel.

One of the staff behaves like customers owe her sth and she s doing a big favor taking our orders and giving us service. I told her customers expect you to smile while talking to them. She didnt seem to care.

I recently picked up the order from Carmen, probably manager there! She is very rude and completely doesn’t showed any respect. Her experience doesn’t seem enough to be at food service! Not a good team leader as well!

this sunday is my birthday so I use my free drink coupon and it was amazing experience. The barista celebrated my b-day and he put 'birthday gurl' on the name. How sweet!
Also when I ask to change milk to lactofree he fastly adjusted my order.
Even when I geo my latte, fhe other barista celebrated it !!
