Refused to do a refill because I did a mobile order and because a coldbrew. Not consistent with other Starbucks I have been to. Not sure why the money grab is so big

worst starbucks ive visited, the matcha latte wasn’t mixed well so I got lumpy matcha. when my girlfriend asked for a straw, the barista gave her a glare and attitude.

I love this place. Lots of seating. Paper menu (on the wall--no power point mode where it cycles too quickly through everything). Friendly baristas. Will certainly come back.

I waited in line for 5-10 mins with my pet dog and we had no issues, but as I came to ordering the girl at the cash told me I wasn’t allowed to bring my dog inside unless it was a service animal. I wish someone would’ve told me sooner so I didn’t waste my time.

I ordered through the app and received a watery drink. The worst part of the experience was that the cap wasn’t secured properly, causing coffee to splash on my shirt. When it happened, no one came over to check if I was okay. Luckily, one of the ladies who was there picked up her drink and helped me move to the side

I ordered a iced Caramel Matcha Cookie Latte (7.91$) to go at 5pm today. I forgot to pick it up. Then I called them 10 minutes before they closed at 6pm to let them know I almost reached to their store. The guy picked up the phone didnt ask me abt my order, just said they were gonna close in 10 minutes. I came to store at exactly 6pm. And there was a guy wore pink t-shirt (his name is Juan) suddenly yelled at me and my friend “guys we close we close we close” in very very rude way when we just walked through the door. We was so awkward, still stood at the door, tried to say we just came to pick it up cuz we ordered online 1 hr ago but the guy kept yelling “we close we close. It’s 6pm we cant make your order. We close we close. I tried to tell them I called them and i just came to pick up, there was a girl came to me see the order on my phone then she talked to that guy (Juan)abt my order. I said i know you guys close so what abt my order. After that he said (in a normal way with an annoying face)he would refund for me cuz they close they cannot make it. I was fine they could refund if they couldnt make it but the guy (Juan)’s attitude was unacceptable. It was the worst service ever. He just needed few minutes to deal with this situation in a calm way. Im sorry if he didnt have a good day but he couldn’t yell at me before he figured out why I came at that time or cuz i walked in store when they were closing. In other Starbuck coffee shops they still make it in advance before they close then leave it on the counter. One more thing, after they refund, none of them even said sorry about that. Thanks to them for refunding my money cuz I dont have to spend almost 8$ for a cup of matcha plus bad service like that.

We ordered cold drinks and asked for no syrup. We had already left the store before we realized that our drinks were loaded with so much syrup that the syrup was all you could taste. I’m sure it was an innocent mistake but it still is very disappointing to the point of wanting to give a thumbs down. I hope this doesn’t happen to other customers especially if some customers have sugar related medical issues. I wish the hardworking staff all the best.

For those who are in the Avenida Universidade area, this Starbucks is a great place to have meals, hold meetings and have some peace and quiet. The coffee shop is next to a commercial building and is close to several banks and shops, as well as being across from the St Patrick subway station and many bus stops.
The place is always very clean and organized, and the staff provides excellent service.
For customers with disabilities, who visit the place, there is an accessibility ramp, tables for walkers and wheelchairs, doors that close and open automatically, and adapted bathrooms. Unfortunately, there is no menu in Braille, but the staff is always ready to help with orders.
Parking: The café does not have its own parking lot, but there are several private parking lots in the area, including one in the building where the café is located.
