I came here to say how much I appreciated the baristas for helping me through a fumbled order. But the prompts asked me about the atmosphere, and wow, this place is lovely!
There are a decent amount of cushioned seats, the place is well spaced out and full of outlets fostering a customer base that is studying and working away, as well as conversational areas and even a boardroom at the back that you can reserve. This place is so neat! The patio and storefront brought me in, the number of regulars with proper plates and mugs for refilling and relaxed atmosphere made me stick around for my whole desert loaf slice instead of just taking it to go.
This amazing staff (particularly Cindy and Saron) is definitely a major part of how welcoming this particular store is, they were so helpful and friendly. 😊

I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks. About an hour after purchasing a coffee, I returned and politely asked for a glass of water. To my surprise, they refused to serve it. I've never had this issue at any other Starbucks—staff are usually kind and accommodating, even hours after a purchase. This lack of basic courtesy really stood out in a negative way. I hope the management reconsiders their approach to customer service.
On a hot 39C day I asked for some tap water in my travel mug and they said no because they needed me to make a purchase that day.
And now, that’s my memory of Starbucks. Hope that “policy” feels worthwhile.
