The line to order is always very long. Not really reliable in the sense that they don’t always have everything displayed in stock. Also overpriced.

This Starbucks is located at the 2nd floor food court in Robart’s Library (only accessible to UofT students and faculty).
I don’t recommend going to this location. There tends to be very long lineups (~20 min wait), especially around breakfast/lunch/dinner times.
Numerous staff also have a poor attitude, both through service provided and also quality of drinks/food made. Some of them do not follow the customizations requested for drinks at all, and results in you paying money to get something you didn’t ask for.
Instead, I recommend going to one of the nearby Starbucks locations either (1) Bedford & Bloor st or (2) St George & College st. I’ve had plentiful good experiences in both locations.

As expected. As bad as the time I was a student.
My experience was going great as usual. I ordered a bagel (toasted) along with another bakery item. I asked for a knife to come with the bagel as I had a spread of my own in which the extremely kind person at the cash replied “don’t worry it’ll come with the bagel”. I then waited for my order which came relatively quick.
When I was about to eat, I noticed that my bagel did not come with a knife which is fine because I understood that they were busy and might've simply forgot. I went back to the Starbucks to ask for a knife at the ‘pick up’ area but the person I asked was very rude when replying with “you have to ask at the cash, not here” (it was the person with pink-ish eyebrows and blonde hair tied in a ponytail). By that time, the line for the Starbucks was quite long so I felt that it’d be rude to interrupt or cut someone in line just to ask for a knife. The lady could’ve simply taken the time to walk less than 10 steps to grab a knife. Would it have really been that hard?
Since I come to the library often, I always end up grabbing a drink or something quick to eat from this Starbucks. Almost everyone I've spoken with in the past presented a positive attitude, even if it was busy. I am surprised that they let someone who can't handle a rush nor their emotions work here.

No public access which it should state online before people commute all the way there just to get denied access
No access except for U Toronto key card holders because it's in the library. Should not even appear in Google Map search results.
The workers at this Starbucks always have a HORRIBLE attitude, rolling their eyes when i ask for extra XX or for water. I literally get Starbucks most days of the week, and feel so upset when i get this kind of service in the library. The staff also tend to chat around when it’s busy instead of taking orders. So unfriendly it makes me not want to buy Starbucks here anymore esp when theyre so much kinder at other locations

Unacceptable, was overcharged at this establishment. Paid 74.80$ for a Venti tea and a cookie. Unless Starbucks raised their prices, this is absolutely intolerable and very fortunate was able to notice the overcharge 20 mins later after checking my bank statements. As a student this is the last think on my mind on getting scammed by a multi billion corporation. Don't know what else to say.

Today Wednesday, March 13th I went there for a coffee and sadly I forgot my recycled bottle of water, when I asked if I had a big glass of water, the lady who took my order said “We only give the smallest” for what I asked if there was a reason for this as wherever I got they give me the glass of water that I need. She said “Listed I only give the smallest” and look meLike this ? while preparing my order she comments with a coworker about what just happened and they laugh. This is not about I did not get the size I wanted but about her attitude.
Drip coffee is pretty good, espresso drinks are fine if you like things sweet, not great if you like them more traditional. Tea is terrible; milk poured before the bag has time to steep so you pay for dishwater. Sadface.

Coffee is good but the staff can be incompetent at times. Also they close earlier than their listed hours for no reason.

Warning: this is not a real Starbucks. It is okay (as okay as any other Starbucks) but they do not accept any gift card or promotion which other Starbucks do, because I think they have left the Starbucks union or something, aka "Stexit". Now they are a Starbucks in name only; on the inside, they are the rogue stateless and lawless antiheros of of Robarts.
I asked for a matcha latte 'with' oatmilk and they gave me straight up oatmilk with a tiny hint of matcha that I can barely taste LOL
