This location gave me a bad experience. I ordered online through the app & then when I came (like after 25 mins) and the drink is not ready.
They said somebody stole my drink so they had to make it again. However, they seemed like prioritize walk-in customers because there're 2 girls and they just make order for walk-ins first.
When I asked, 1 girl said she had to finish the walk-ins order, and it's not their responsibility if somebody stole my drink so I had to wait until they finished walk-ins
So why people want to order online to save time and they came the drink was not ready?
I asked for refund, but the system can't give me that & I have to receive cash. I don't need cash so she made me the drink.
Poor system, bad attitude, such a waste of time to order here.

The rest are pretty useless. The hot coffee I had was ice cold and it seems like the newer staff doesn’t really know what they are doing.

I work closely to this location for the last 3 years and can say that I never had a bad experience until today... But it was enough to a point of no return.
I went in twice today: first early in the morning for a decaf. I know it usually takes longer so I ordered via the app. I waited for 15 minutes, which is around the time it takes, and asked about my order and the server said it would still take between 10 to 15 minutes. I just asked to get a regular coffee then and moved on cause I couldn't wait 25 minutes for it.
Anyway, second time I went in for a post-lunch treat and wanted the pecan crunch oat latte, which is my favorite seasonal. Ordered ahead again - asked for decaf again, but this time I had time, so fine, I will not complain about that. The drink came in the wrong size (short instead of tall), and it was just NOT the drink I love. There was no crunch whatsoever, it was extremely watery... I trew it in the garbage cause I was so disappointed it wasn't even worth trying to get the right one at this point. I don't know if this was a retaliation for making them prepare the decaf in the morning and not taking it lol or just a behaviour from the store. But I guess the blame is on me for giving money to shitty corporations anyway.

Slowest Starbucks to ever exist . Always a super long wait for the orders. Plus the most recent time I came, the employees were chit chatting and swearing and not working . I'm all for swearing and gossiping at work, (and not working ) but the girl needed to get her tea !

I had a great experience at this Starbucks today. Conner took my order and was very friendly and attentive, making the process quick and easy. Mobina made my coffee perfectly—it tasted great and was prepared with care. She even wrote a cute note on my cup, which really made my day. I really appreciate their excellent service and positive attitude. Definitely one of the best Starbucks visits I’ve had!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The management at this location, specifically the shorter south asian woman with dark hair (she refused to give her name) is very rude and quotes non existent policies. I’ve taken my business elsewhere since my interaction with her. Poor leadership is reflected in the poor reviews left by others in regards to this team. On top of that my drinks were never made right, but it was close so I sucked it up. Not anymore.
Really bad customer service, for some reason, the workers at this starbucks attitude very much contrasts with the positive attitudes I usually get at other Starbucks locations.

Standard Starbucks, albeit a bit smaller and tad slower. Conveniently located close to the college ttc exit in the path.
If you like Starbucks, it's a good location to grab and go. If you're meh or not a fan of Starbucks, this location won't change your mind.

The staff made customers scan and pay by themselves, which is already bad enough, but instead of assisting or at least acknowledging waiting customers, they just stood around chatting. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
