and she made me a completely different drink before i called her out on the mistake.
completely incompetent and messed up my plans after, had to go back home to clean my hoodie and pants.

I like supporting union jobs but it’s getting ridiculous. I had to repeat myself 4 times. This extremely common now at every Starbucks. You used to order at Starbucks in a specific Way manner and they really encourage that culture now if I order a ice tall soy latte I have to correct the cashier 3 times and still get my order wrong and it takes 7 mins with only one person infront of me and food forget about it takes longer. It’s 15 mins for subpar food and drink. Starbucks used to have. culture now it’s overpriced product with extremely slow service. Very unhappy

Had bad experience due to worker doing less work Before they used to put cream and sugar by themselves now they are keeping those stuff on the side for others to put by themselves. We are paying 6$ for coffee and they can’t even put cream and sugar by themselves I mean this becoming worst day by day. Somebody should know coffee mean with cream and sugar and if anyone want dark coffee customer will say directly. The lid of the coffee is so tight it will ruin my clothes if I open it. This was one my the worst of all experience compare to other worst experiences which will never make me go to Starbucks again
They can’t even spell my name correctly even after saying each words clearly.

Ordered dark roast coffee this morning, Tall and black.
Took my cup to pour cream. Lifted the lid to find CRAP floating in my cup.
Brought it back to the Barista, who then gave a LOOK to her co-worker and said did u clean the CONTAINER.
UMMM you would think they clean containers, in which they brew coffee, but i guess not!!!
Definitely going to be lifting my LID on all future coffee orders to see if anthing else is flowing in my cup, other then pure cafinated bliss...

I visited for 3 days and used this location 4 times a day. The friendly staff was always changing. They had a consistent positive energy and flow with lots of smiles. The team deserves recognition for being such a collaborative happy group of employees. Way to go!

My friend was choking while eating in the store. I asked the barista for a cup of water. Even if it wasn't a busy day, I had to go back to my seat and wait for a long time. I had time to finish my coffee, I asked for some water again, and still nothing. I'm horribly disappointed in the slow, careless service.
