If I could give negative stars, I would.
Whenever I go to this location, they mess up my drink every. single. time. When confronting the staff, they get defensive and say “That’s how it’s made.” I get the same coffee every single day at another location near me and I’m pretty sure whenever you get a venti, the cup isn’t supposed to be 80 percent ice.
Today I wrote a note for someone to pick up a caramel ribbon crunch CRÈME frap that ISNT the coffee version and lo and behold, I get the coffee version but the order on the cup says it’s the crème one.
It’d be nice if the staff were AT LEAST friendly but nope. Staff need retraining. I thought Starbucks was supposed to be a place with excellent service and hospitality. I guess not this location.

This review is a long time coming. Have you ever walked into a coffee shop and felt like it was home. This is my coffee shop and this is where I call home. Not only do they remember to be kind and extremely thoughtful .They remember to smile and are very considerate to others. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and remember your special drinks. I am the mother of a very special little girl named Ella. They go out of their way to make ELLA feel loved and adored. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all of you. You make my day full of sunshine and pup cups. I never tell you how much you make my days a lot brighter. Thank you to all of you.❤️

If I could give 0 stars I would. First of all they cannnot make an iced coffee to save their LIFE! The pictures I took r from separate days n let me just start by mentioning that I hadn’t even taken a SIP! Every single time I have come to this location MY DRINK is LITERALLY EMPTYY and every single time I asked why it looks like this I was told “that’s how it comes” or that’s how it is “when it’s deflated” like WHAT?!? If I’m paying for a $10 drink I expect the whole CUP to be FILLLEDDDD not HALF my DRINK MISSING! And if that’s “how it comes” than how come it’s only this location that makes it like that? Also not to mention the workers genuinely don’t care and have a serious attitude problem I thought Starbucks was known for their exceptional hospitality ? I guess that doesn’t apply to this location! Ur better off going to second cup or aroma espresso bar!

Service quality is mixed, though always extremely polite. Typically very clean. VERY busy on weekends and weekday mornings.They've recently cracked down on bringing animals inside, however there isn't really a safe place to tie your dog up outside of the store. I wouldn't sit inside with my dog, but I used to walk in with him to pick up a drink that I'd ordered ahead. I've stopped going as much now.

This location has absolutely nose-dived in the past few months. Every drink without fail takes 20 minutes NO JOKE. Even when they seemingly have no one there. Lot of standing around and glacial movement… save yourself a half hour and go literally anywhere else.

This is my first time having bad experience at Starbucks. I'm a frequent Starbucks goer in other locations and never have I experienced rude service until at this location. What's so difficult for that guy with the red apron to cheer up a little while talking to the customer, or at least not treat me like a burden?
