This review is a long time coming. Have you ever walked into a coffee shop and felt like it was home. This is my coffee shop and this is where I call home. Service quality is mixed, though always extremely polite. Typically very clean. VERY busy on weekends and weekday mornings.They've recently cracked down on bringing animals inside, however there isn't really a safe place to tie your dog up outside of the store. I wouldn't sit inside with my dog, but I used to walk in with him to pick up a drink that I'd ordered ahead. I've stopped going as much now.
The mobile order got delayed for 25 min. There were around 15 ppl standing there waiting for their morning coffee, average delay was 20 min. So many frustrated customers.When I got my order, the shaken espresso is half cup of form, I feel like a wasted money to order a bigger size and also wasted my morning time here with disorganized staff.
