Lovely staff. I went there on my birthday to get a coffee, but the app didn't give me the offer to redeem. Pam was so nice and friendly, she gave me my birthday coffee and made my day ?

Worst Starbucks experience ever. What an unwelcoming attitude. The girl working the register was so unbelievably rude. Took her a minute to even notice us (was deep in concentration working on a list). No hi no thank you no bye. Even got the order wrong. Seemed really annoyed too to even deal with us. If you hate working in the food service industry why do you work here? Never going back to this location even though it’s closest to us. Wish I could take our tip back. At least the Barista was nice and the coffee was okay.

The staff are wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about them. They are always incredibly friendly and helpful. The few times there have been issues they immediately corrected them.The food has been a lot better than I would expect. Even a Starbucks croissant, which I accept isn't going to be great, is warmed with care and is a lot better than it deserves to be.The baffling part to me is the price. I pay 50 cents more for a black coffee here than in comparison to the downtown core.
Still doesn’t allow self serve milk and cream. Its 2023.. come on!

This is my neighbourhood Starbucks. For some reason, whenever I have ordered any coffee based beverages it taste very weak or it has no flavour. I’ve tried blonde, dark roast, etc. Caramel macchiatos, lattes, shaken espressos, you name it. My friend who also lives in the area found the same thing. I’ve visited other nearby Starbucks and found that it taste much better than this location. I’m not sure if it is their machines or what but it is consistently not good. Staff are always friendly but would love to see an improvement with this as its $6-$8 for a beverage. Should be paying for quality.
