Excellent attention by the staff (one cleaning and other serving) on my visit on Friday March 27 at 6:30 PM. Friendly and welcoming.

Katie is extremely rude with poor communication and conflict resolution skills. Worst Starbucks service and experience! Did not even end up getting my drink and left due to their poor manners. This pattern has also repeated before as this is our local store and we try to avoid it as much as possible. Support your small businesses and choose other Starbucks locations!

Super friendly staff, great with dogs and kids! They really go above and beyond, and there are lots of regulars.
drink was made wrong, asked them to remake it and they remade it even worse. I expected better from Starbucks.
Bizarre Sunday morning experience. Happily came to Starbucks to pick up 6 drinks and 3 food items for myself and colleagues. I very politely asked for a tray, however everyone was obviously super busy with the 9am morning rush, that I gently reached over to grab a tray then suddenly, very harshly a worker responded “you’ll have to wait for me to give it to you!” Which I abruptly adhered to without issue. She then proceeded to give me a very disgusted look which caught me completely off guard. Life is too hard to order $8 coffees then get attitude for a tray. I’ll spare them the discomfort and stick to Tim Hortons lol

Leaving room half the cup is inappropriate! Very disappointed that they did that twice to me. It’s sad to say this but I would rather take a longer walk to another one but better services.

Long waiting time. One female barista does not know her job and just ignored my order. I had to wait more than 10 minutes for just one coffee

This coffee shop exceeded my expectations by offering free refills of coffee. The service is fast and friendly.

Extremely rude and unfriendly barristas, no need for attitude. So many other coffee places one block over on queen to get your coffee fix

I arrived before closing time (around 7:20 pm) today and politely explained that I’d place an order but urgently needed the washroom first. A female employee, Hannah, refused and said the washroom was closed for the night because they were “going to clean it.” I reminded her that as a business operating in Toronto they’re required to provide washroom access during business hours. After five minutes of insisting, she reluctantly gave me the code.
Inside, it was clear the washroom had already been cleaned. At exactly 7:30, a male employee, Baden, pounded on the door and told me to leave because they were closed. When I stepped out, he was holding the front door and both employees repeatedly and aggressively told me I had to leave—even though I had arrived before closing and had not yet ordered.
This was unprofessional, hostile, and discriminatory treatment. Denying basic washroom access before closing and rushing a paying customer out the door is unacceptable for a brand that claims to value customer service. Starbucks Management should address the conduct of Hannah and Baden and retrain staff on basic customer courtesy.

They constantly mess with my order. I always request a hot Oat Lavender Latte without any modifications, but they often forget the lavender powder or send it as an iced coffee. Long wait as well, terrible place…
