I recently visited this Starbucks and had a disappointing experience with the customer service. The woman at the counter was rude and unhelpful. She seemed uninterested in taking my order and even ignored my questions about the menu.

DO NOT BUY COFFEE HERE. Yesterday in the morning, I grabbed a latte from this location. It was the only thing I consumed in the morning. Within an hr of consuming, I had the worst, most embarrassing diarrhea AT WORK.
What kind of food safety measure are in place here? I've never had something like this happen to me.
Won't be coming back and won't miss the miserable guy there who clearly hates his job.
There's another Starbucks on University about 5 minutes away. There's a MosMos in staples, and a number of other coffee shops nearby, that won't give you diarrhea, and won't treat you like they hate you.

It’s been several times I have bad experience with this Starbucks location, either with the drink quality or staff attitude. I live in the same building so it’s convenient to go down and get coffee from them. But I don’t want to go there anymore. Today the staff told me they only sell hot drink, no cold drink. Which Startbucks store only offers Hot drink in a sunny and hot weather day??? Plus the attitude was so rude!

One of the most disappointing Starbucks experiences I've had to date. It is my sincere hope that the company takes notice of the issues plaguing this particular branch and takes steps to address them. I encountered an employee with a beard who displayed a severe lack of professionalism and rudeness. To my astonishment, he claimed that they did not even have an oven available to warm up my croissant. Additionally, he failed to call out the name on the order, leaving me waiting on the opposite side of the counter until I realized it was mine. The overall customer service was subpar, and it was frustrating that we were unable to utilize the application for our rewards. Furthermore, the croissant itself appeared stale and far from fresh.

At approximately 6.50 pm on August 9, 2023 I entered the Starbucks location that is inside the Longos supermarket at 111 Elizabeth street in Toronto.I asked the Attendant for a Caramel Ribbon Crunch, but he rudely said he's not making anymore, because it takes too long, and it's close to closing time. The store close at 9pm on Wednesdays. This is the second time this particular Starbucks employee has been rude to me, and I'm not sure why. We never had an exchange of unpleasant words. It's possible he's having a string of bad days, but its not fair that I have to walk a block to get a special coffee because someone has bad days.

Aweful service, not willing to listen to customers special order, angry!!!!!
Your regular Starbucks inside a grocery store with limited seating outside
The barista with the mustache in the morning was an absolute animal, he had no ears. I don't know why you guys didn't fire him, or are you trying to drive away more customers?
