The barista at the counter overcharged me first by skipping the coupon and then after I checked my account, agreed to only apply the coupon to one of the drinks I ordered. I later checked the app there is no limitation on the number of drinks applicable. There are many stores nearby. Don’t come to this one with ethical issue.

This is the second time I have ordered and it’s been wrong.(Peter & Adelaide) This time it was the sugar cookie oat latte. Didn’t have any of the syrup that was supposed to be in it. Highly disappointed given I picked it up and left on my way to an appointment so couldn’t address it at the time.

Bad service. The closest Starbucks to my work, so if I want matcha I go there for the lack of other options. My matcha is never well mixed and sometimes they give you half empty cup. Overall bad experience for the price you pay

I am of French origin, I ordered an espresso, I had very little coffee in a pot, when I went up to my building to see the quantity of my coffee I was surprised it was so small !
By far my favorite Starbucks location in Toronto!! The staff is absolutely incredible - they take the time to get to know you and are super friendly. I leave this location with a smile every time. :)

I never had a weak latte (milky latte) until I visited Starbucks in Canada. Despite positioning itself as a premium brand and charging extra, their latte fell short. In contrast, Tim Hortons offers a far better latte without the premium price. There's no point in spending extra at Starbucks for an inferior drink.
