This is the second time I have ordered and it’s been wrong.(Peter & Adelaide) This time it was the sugar cookie oat latte. Didn’t have any of the syrup that was supposed to be in it. Highly disappointed given I picked it up and left on my way to an appointment so couldn’t address it at the time.

By far my favorite Starbucks location in Toronto!! The staff is absolutely incredible - they take the time to get to know you and are super friendly. I leave this location with a smile every time. :)

Probably not unique to this Starbucks, but when I came in this morning the store looked like it could use a good clean. The display case for their food, even though it’s just to showcase what you can order and not actual food they serve customers, looked pretty dirty. I wonder how long it’s been since the staff area has had a good clean.

Tables aren’t clean as well and stained with coffee or crumbs from food. When I sat down, I felt something on my neck...
