I really love this Starbucks. The staff here are super nice and you can tell they care about hospitality and cleanliness. I also really love the design of the seating on the second floor. You can definitely work here in a chill and cozy environment. I would recommend this place to any students like me or if you just want to hang out with friends.

Blair, myah, Jesse and Haley are wonderful people my faves, the atmosphere is perfect for me a published author to write my next novel, for a person In recovery like myself having this clean upstairs dining room like experience in a neighborhood gay oriented, for a man like me from a small town. This is home, this is love and this is how it always should be! I love this starbucks and this will always be my home away from home!

I went to the statbucks branch that I go to every day and I gave the same order as I always give and then I went to the order waiting area. I waited for the order for about 10 minutes but since the employee who prepared the order put the coffee in a dark section and since my name was not written on the coffee I did not see it and I continued to wait. Then the employee who prepared the coffee told me why I was waiting. I told them the coffee I ordered and they rudely said to me ‘keep it on eyas’. The other issue was that I told the employee there that the coffee tasted like water and that the coffee percentage was not enough and I asked the employee to taste the coffee but I got another rude response and I left the store without any further argument and threw the coffee I bought in the trash without drinking it.

The Man working today at Starbucks around 2pm had such terrible negative attitude. Considering this Starbucks is located in the “gay village” I expected the environment and people working here to be more positive and nice. Or have decent manners. Very disappointing.

This location must have changed their barista recently. We almost order here everyday on our app but the quality and taste has become so different in a very bad way. Will not order here anymore.

This is the worst location in Toronto. I went there yesterday to order something because my dog loves their pup cup. After placing my order, one staff member asked me to stand in a specific spot to make room for people to get in and out. I followed the instruction, but then another staff member came over and told me to move back to where I was before to make space. When I explained that I was just following her coworker’s direction, she gave me a rude attitude—for no reason. The entire interaction was frustrating and unprofessional. I am living in the neighbourhood, and will never visit it again.
