Have never had good service at this Starbucks. They never fill their drinks to the top of the cup and recently when I went, I ordered a drink and they did not tell me that they were out of the topping for it until it was done being made. They did not offer any compensation, and only provided a half hearted apology. Not impressed at all.

I saw the Starbucks ad for the reusable coffee mug and went to the store the same day, but they had already run out by midday. It was disappointing, especially since the promotion was advertised everywhere. It would be great if they could stock enough for the whole day or at least update availability so customers don’t make the trip for nothing.

Mobile ordered for pickup, came in to grab my drinks. The barista had put them out with the labels facing towards her, so the only way I would’ve been able to read it is by touching the cup and spinning it around. Asked barista if those were for mobile pickup, and she rolled her eyes and said “does it say?” At that point she looked down and realized the label wasn’t visible and spun the cup around to me with a sigh and another eye roll. Horrible service when paying over $16 for two drinks. Won’t be returning.

I order my regular drink this morning I want realized that I actually ordered the wrong drink for my self up untill I got to the window the girl named Natasha recognized me and she and amazingly she also reminded me for my regular drink that I always take . I am so impressed for the service and the care of this location.
