As a person that visits Starbucks every 2 hours to get my order that is a matcha for the first this Starbucks gave me a cup full of grass and water I personally preferred to drink a whole bottle of car oil then drink this disgusting cow drink! Don’t even get me started on the atmosphere I saw tissues everywhere the tables were NASTY and the service was not the best the baristas were not letting me talk and talking really fast I have hearing aids and I don’t hear that well. The washroom not the greatest and I mean that there was no toilet paper and a long line I would have appreciated if they gave me a tissue for wiping my face after devouring their breakfast combo which wasn’t awful but it cold . Please don’t mind picture it would not let me send unless I put a picture ☺️👋

As someone who has used the starbucks toilet many times i am dissapointed with the flushing, as someone with a bowl diesese it is really hard for me to function in the human world 😤😫 but anyways the coffee tas good but i vomited in it afterwards. But thankfully the staff was helpful but i wanted them to wipe my teeth because i also needed to change my poo implants aughh bad experience 😓💔 and i atmoshpeore really smelt like my eggs i bought from the rodent store. 🥹🥹 i hope you guys can see that tis little star books of yours is a dissapointment and yall need to include diapers in your menu for someone with boul diesese 🥰 i also saw this guy spill a tossue in your donuts. Also i hoped that yall sold napkins for my teeth 😔🙄 also yall need to include eggs in my puh puh and braces in case my teeth break🤫🤫🤫

I absolutely love my weekly visits to Starbucks! The crew always greets me with such genuine smiles and positive energy, which really brightens my day. Even when they're super busy, they manage to stay joyful and provide excellent service. A special shoutout to Isabella, who always assists with my order with a beautiful smile. And to the barista who makes my Café Misto—it's always perfect! The location is clean, the service is consistently good, and the people working there are just so nice. It's a perfect spot for a coffee break!🙂❤️

I really like this store because there are plenty of parking spaces around and also the inside is big enough. Although in all Starbucks stores I have seen that the washrooms are only for the customers in this place they were not so strict about it and I liked it Personnel were fast and friendly shout out to them. Been coming here for 3+ years since moved to Downsview community. Their baristas are always polite and friendly. Drinks quality are consistent. Very reliable location!

This particular Starbuck store has very bad Pike Place Roast drip coffee. I don't know how Starbucks can screw up drip coffee so badly while McDonald or Tim Horton brew consistently. The Pike Place Roast coffee I got is so bitter and it has a very strong drying after-taste. No amount of cream and sugar can neutralize that.

Staff are extremely friendly! I was greeted with a warm welcome by Alicia. She was extremely funny and kind. I ordered a smoked cheddar and bacon, a pink drink, and a lime refresher. Service was quick and the drinks and sandwich are delicious!
