It was my first time coming to this Starbucks and I was served by Richie. He was very friendly, patient and welcoming. His co-worker, the African American girl quickly made my hot chocolate and she's so sweet. I had a pleasant experience here.

I was here to buy a cup with my husband and I just want to say. The Afro American girl working there with long hair IS SO NICE!!! I literally love her!! She made my experience worth it and want to come to this store only even if it’s far for me. I told her an experience I had at the Fitzgerald location, very BAD BTw. And she told me they were in the wrong and explain me the policy from bringing my Starbucks coffee mug. She also had samples today for peppermint mocha, OMG. I don’t even like peppermint BUt it was damn good !!! Totally changed my mind about peppermint. Thank you for the experience girl!! I totally love you and this location. I’m sorry I forgot to ask your name. I was just caught up in the chitchat with you. STARBUCKS, please hire more people with her vibes.

greetings, I walked in with a big smile on my face, im having a great day so far . Ibut Nina on the other hand doesnt look like shes having a great day and she is spreading it through out the whole store . if shes one of the manager or the bosses . i feel bad for the employees, they all look terrified of her and their vibe looked like theyre being controlled to the extent where they work like a robots . I also asked Nina for a Venti drink and i got a grande instead . she looked like she didnt want to be at work . address this issue and spread love and happiness its the holidays. the lady who made my drink didnt get her name but my drink is delicious.

Parking: The parking lot is a bit uneasy to get to because of the curbs around the property. This causes too many of the customers with a pick-up order to park briefly in a Fire Lane. I observed someone doing this about every 6 minutes during the morning.

We ordered three coffee for delivery and only one is correct. The other two, one of them the size was wrong that we paid for tall cup but they gave us the smallest size. Another one is venti cup but there’s only half drink in the cup. We didn’t get any refund because it’s an online order. This is awful.
