The staff at this Starbucks are friendly and always make a point of welcoming customers as they come in, which is a really nice touch. The drinks and food are consistent with what you’d expect from Starbucks.
Depending on the time of day, orders can take a while even mobile orders—but sometimes they’re ready right when I arrive, so it’s a bit hit-or-miss. Overall, it’s a good location with a welcoming atmosphere.

Service so bad
The asian lady with the glasses on Monday night is so rude. She gave us attitude like we did something wrong. All we were buying were 2 drinks. Don’t work there if you’re going to act like that.
I didn't catch her name but the cashier is so nice

Hit or miss.
I waited 30 minutes here for a mobile order before I had to leave for work. I never ended up getting my order and didn’t want to disturb the staff as they were talking.
Most of the time mobile orders are fine.

Great coffee with a rich, smooth flavor.
really disappointed with this location. ordered breakfast and when arrive to pick it up, i was told its sold out. No one contacted me before I arrive. luckily I left some buffer time so that I can order another one and wait for it to get ready. Also, I have to pay the difference for the new order even with their mistake.
at the milk table, there is no more skim milk available. Have to ask again at the pickup desk. and no where at the

Last time, I went to this place to asked a pup cup but they said I need to show my dog first. But today, July 6 as of 4:50pm I ordered thru mobile app and went to pick up the drinks with my dog and asked the filipino lady a pup cup but she said I need to order first??? I already ordered 3 drinks and they want me to order just to get a pup cup? I went to the counter without saying anything and this Chinese/Korean lady kicked out my sister with my dog lol what a bad service

I visited a Starbucks on a Sunday to grab some ice. I always buy espresso there, but this time, an employee (wearing a black shirt and who appeared to be of South Asian descent, possibly Indian) questioned whether I had purchased anything. I politely said yes and asked if there was a problem with getting some ice, especially since it was over 30 degrees outside. He gave me a dirty look, though I just smiled in response.
Instead of helping, he forwarded my request for ice to the busy baristas who were already working hard to serve other customers. Meanwhile, he did nothing productive—instead, he left the bar area, walked around with an empty trash bag pretending to be busy, and kept eyeing me as if I were some kind of alien.
I don’t mind his childish behavior, but it’s frustrating when an employee spends more time intimidating customers than actually working. Who runs this place—Human Resources? Maybe his aunt! (Hello to HR Aunt too 😁.)

I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years, but the recent policy change at your Canada locations is an absolute disgrace. No more free water? Seriously? In a world where basic human decency should include offering a sip of water, you’ve decided to nickel-and-dime customers over something as fundamental as hydration. What’s next, charging for air?
To make matters worse, when I politely asked to purchase a reusable cup to at least get water in it, your staff had the audacity to rudely dismiss my request. Are you kidding me? You’re so stingy that you can’t even sell a cup to a paying customer? Is Starbucks so desperate for profit that you’re willing to alienate people over a $5 cup? Pathetic.
And let’s talk about your Canadian branches—overpriced and underwhelming compared to your U.S. locations. The service is subpar, the atmosphere lacks the charm, and now you’re gatekeeping water like it’s liquid gold. You’re already charging premium prices for mediocre coffee; how much more profit do you need to squeeze out of us? Get your act together, Starbucks. This kind of greedy, inhospitable behavior is a slap in the face to your customers. Do better.
