It is always a busy place but the service there is real good, food and drink really depends on what you choose and remember that only choose coconut drink substitutes milk for fruits drink , otherwise it will be a bit weird for tea

Today I feel discrimated by the staff im this location and this is my fav location but after today and the other day im done.The girl name shayla( tattoos)is rude and impolite. Like the whole staff working this morning nov 18 2024 ( morning shift) is just horrible customer service. I felt embarrassed and mad when I ask for a tray and they ask me how many drinnks I got ( 4 drinks) and just tossed the tray in front of me.Disgusting management in the morning. Pls do better.

First bad review for SB.
Mobile ordered on morning rush as usual, employee got my tea mixed up with milk - it was disgusting. On top of that, a mug i wanted turned 'unavailable' for pick up - customer service's bad.

Came to this location twice and i got the same treatment from one of their worker. Everyone is sweet but her, she did the same approach to us for the first time that we came here. Now we went back and we encountered her again and she still gave the same treatment to us. She wasnt wearing a name tag but her hair is kinda purple and braids.

SUPER CHEAP MANAGEMENT! Go to the Starbucks at North York Centre Station instead. This location places their packaged snacks behind the glass. I have to ASK for a WOODEN STICK. Like c'mon, no one will steal them it's literally just a wooden stir stick, probably costs you 2 cents each. Their staff members are rude and incompetent. Anytime I would go to a starbucks for a free refill, I would never get questioned if I was seated in the cafe, but with this place they ask EVERY TIME even though I have been visibly sitting in front of them for over an hour. The staff look like they're forced to be there. Also, I literally saw a barista wipe their nose at the back and ONLY rinsed his hand with water. HOW DISGUSTING. I USED to be a loyal Starbucks customer, but from now on I will take my business elsewhere. I'd rather pay half the price at a Tim Hortons than pay double for crappy service.

Starbucks never disappoints! The coffee is always spot on, and they have a great variety of drinks to choose from. The atmosphere is cozy, making it a perfect spot to relax, work, or catch up with friends. The staff is friendly and quick, even during busy hours. I also love their seasonal drinks and tasty pastries. It’s a bit on the pricey side for coffee, but the quality and experience make it worth it. Definitely my go-to place for a caffeine fix!

Terrible. Waited 25 minutes for a drink. 3-4 people did not have their drinks and complained before me. The employees blamed someone was stealing the drinks but everyone was right there for name and drink announcements. When it got to me. Everyone ahead of me got their drinks and even people behind me started getting theirs. I asked them and they said they don’t have my cup and the machine got stuck so they took stickers off… what does machine getting stuck having to do with my cup being missing? Like they literally do not see my name. I had to show her my credit card transaction. Then she prepared 3-4 more drinks for other people that were way behind me and then complain again and ask why is it still not being made. And she finally did it after I complained the 3rd time. Took 25 minutes. I could have had 3 dishes at restaurants

I only ever mobile order, I ask the manager can I have a sleeve.. she just points.. I mean I worked at Starbucks too I get but at least pretend to have some decency. They are always so rude and don’t interact with customers.

I went in to order a coffee as one lady served a customer ahead of me and I waited in line with one other customer behind me. The lady behind the register asked another employee to help. That employ saw us standing there but continued to do whatever she was doing until she was asked to help. So I placed my order with her and pulled out a $50 bill to pay for my drink, only to be told that she didn’t have change and asked if I had anything smaller. Which I did I not, she placed the bill on the counter and continued to tell me 3-4 times that she did not have change. That the bill was too big and I only owed her $5 and change so she again repeated that she didn’t have change for the 50. She Didn’t even look in the till. I finally got fed up of her not wanting to take my money, believe it or not, I took my bill and told her to cancel the order. As I walked away she yelled out “ I was going to check the other register”. That was way too much humming and hawing to finally be told in the end that she could check the other register. She could have done that from the beginning. This is the second time I’ve been served by this person and was not happy with the bedside manner. Starbucks Yonge and finch, take a look at your employees

There is a black lady with short hair who is very rude . I was just calling my friend to get her Starbucks card scanned and she kept increasing her tone aggressively asking my name although I told her I was just calling my friend to get her card scanned. It was Saturday morning and the store was relatively empty. She needs to tone down her aggressiveness .

The attitude & very arrogant way of telling customers to reduce the cup size is unheard of.
