Very poor service for the second time in the morning they don’t unlock the front door, me and another customer were waiting outside for 10 minutes in the cold while it’s snowing as we try to open the door they just stare at you and our mobile orders are sitting there , doors were locked. Only got inside because a random employee was leaving it seems and they tried to close the door behind them to not let me in and I am in government uniform. I can’t wait to contact corporate about this. What a joke.

Me and my friend visited this location tonight we were kindly and warmly welcomed by puburb which was so kind of him and i hope he gets the recognition he deserves! But then we were being ignored by hariet! She was next to the cash and staring her ipad doing nothing , I politely asked her if they are out of stock with pastry cause the shelves were empty she didn’t respond, i again said hello? No response , then my friend said excuse me can we order , no response again🤣 then i told her “ seriously you are not hearing us?!” And finally guess what she responded ! , i was so surprised with the service cause i used to be a partner and i know how important customer service and respect is at Starbucks !!

The staff does not know company policy about offers and refuses to clarify. Communication was also impolite and never apologized for their lack of clarity.

Came in to use the restroom and politely asked for the code. The barista said “are you going to order something” and I said not today I just urgently have to use the restroom…she said it’s for customers only…I ordered a flat white yesterday and didn’t use the bathroom then so I am a customer I’m just not buying anything at this precise moment.. ?
It’s not like I look like a person who’s going to trash the place…You’re not that fancy, Starbucks, tone it down.

Very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. The customer service was honestly unacceptable. I asked the girl at the front for a simple glass of tap water, and instead of just helping, she told me I had to go back and stand in line again because she was “too busy.” Then she spent the next five minutes arguing with me about why she couldn’t give me water — which took longer than actually giving me the water! I ended up not getting the water and also felt disrespected as a customer. If this is how they treat people over something so basic, I won’t be coming back.

The staff at this Starbucks are friendly and always make a point of welcoming customers as they come in, which is a really nice touch. The drinks and food are consistent with what you’d expect from Starbucks.

Depending on the time of day, orders can take a while even mobile orders—but sometimes they’re ready right when I arrive, so it’s a bit hit-or-miss. Overall, it’s a good location with a welcoming atmosphere.

The asian lady with the glasses on Monday night is so rude. She gave us attitude like we did something wrong. All we were buying were 2 drinks. Don’t work there if you’re going to act like that.

Hit or miss.

I waited 30 minutes here for a mobile order before I had to leave for work. I never ended up getting my order and didn’t want to disturb the staff as they were talking.
Most of the time mobile orders are fine.
