I was not upset I couldn't find seat. They have a large space and definitely add more seats to make it cozier. It's one of the largest Starbucks locations I have seen but a major lack of seating, even cozy sofas. I rarely go to a Starbucks outside the downtown core. I came here because they had parking and it's close to my house. I was upset with how the staff spoke to me, as if I didn't know how to order a coffee. A gold card means you order coffee frequently. I asked for a tall in a grande cup coffee, because this way they don't have to spill my coffee to give me space for milk. Additionally, every Starbcuks when you ask for a splash of milk (soy or almond or cream), they ask if you want it steamed or not. I asked for it steamed and she charged me extra. When I asked why the extra charge when I only asked for splash she proceeded to just put me down in my place. Definitely not polite. When I got my coffee the cup was empty. It didn't have any coffee in it, just steamed soy milk. LOL.... I did order it in English. She fixed it, but my biggest issue with Starbucks is that in a world where dietary restrictions are a medical reason, we are still charging for soy or alternative dairy? Lack of seating, unprofessionalism, and not a cozy environment. I don't recommend this Starbucks location. There are so many more friendlier ones.

The customer service was good as when i pointed the order was recorded wrong they immediately mentioned to replace the drinks. However, i ordered a venti and it isnt really the persons fault. However, the amount of ice added in a $10 drink is what concerned me. The cup is filled above the max line.So the ice made it utterly impossible to even rate a drink. And no hate to the worker, she was too nice. But the drink was pathetic.

Sun Feb 25 - Garbage service. Don’t even pay attention or make eye contact as you order. Taking forever to get a warmed up banana loaf because staff is just chatting and not paying attention. Manager was terrible. If the manager sucks the staff will follow suit. Hopefully a regional manager sees this and makes changes.

Plz never go this location the supervisor is a stupid lady even they didn’t ask anything one more lady is working when i take my coffee it is not good and she shouts me and said i am stupid but the supervisor is also there and she is laughing this is the very bad location I recommend plz change this stupid staff . Almost every order for at least last one year has always has some ingredient always unavailable and no one actually tells you when ordering.Sneaky suspicion that just not ordering inventory for certain things and hoping for the best, yet my drink prices have gone up?

It’s such a shame when you just get bad service. Place is nice and clean.We had our first drink and when we asked for a refill (which you know we can) drama starts when the cashier doesn’t know the rules of the game. When proven wrong - she doubled down on being wrong.Manager sorted it out - but damn - sometimes admitting being wrong is the right thing to do …

This is a message for the staff and the store manager:Very friendly and hardworking staff at this location plus inviting and comfortable space. My go to location.But please watch for the following: there are more and more people who just come in to use the place. Yesterday, December 22, just beside me was sitting an unfriendly looking person working on a laptop with nothing from Starbucks in front of him but with a cup of Tim Hortons coffee while most probably occupying the table for hours. Really?This does make Starbucks customers feel uncomfortable (!) nor doesn't do them any justice.Please check on people who are sitting around for a long time. If they are not Starbucks customers, they should not be there using the facilities and occupying tables.

I ordered one drink and stood there for almost 20 min waiting for it. Absolutely ridiculous and when I informed the barista that the 4 people that came in after me had been served she said "oh someone must have taken your drink" I in return told her that nobody had even made the drink. Next time apologizing might be better than trying to come up with excuses. To make matters worse a staff member who had just arrived from outside starts working straight away without even washing her hands Yuck!!
