There was an error during the purchase of a gift card, resulting in a withdrawal from my account that did not appear on the gift card. When discussing this matter with the Manager, Nicole, she exhibited unprofessional conduct and condescending behaviour. Her remarks were inappropriate, including a joke about providing me with money from the till. She stated, “Want $25 from my till.” I responded affirmatively, and she responded, “she’s just joking.” Her initial demeanour was unfriendly, and she was unable to provide a receipt for the transaction. Despite my repeated requests, she remained indifferent and attributed the issue to my bank.

Ultimately, after my persistent efforts, she reluctantly issued me a receipt. Her behaviour did not align with the professional standards I expect from a Starbucks employee.

I ordered 2 Cortardo coffees and received 2 awful coffees! The barista gave me two awful coffees. They were not Cortados. The barista insisted they were Correct. I left them there as I was unable to drink them . I will never go back there !!! I should receive a refund !!!

Very disappointed in the Customer Service at this location. I came here twice a day for 10+ years and am an excellent customer. Nicole, the Manager would not let me use the washroom unless I bought a coffee today. She was also very rude telling me she didn’t recognize me as a customer. This is very shortsighted for a place like Starbucks. I asked her very nicely and have spent a lot of money here. Now they lost a long term customer and lost a significant amount of Goodwill as an organization because of the actions of one employee.

I ddin't know that star bucks has a new policy regarding of using washroom. One of your employee told me that only customer allow to use it! I am a customer and the same time I am an uber driver. Thats how you guys treated people who is coming inside your place. Telling people that only customer allowed to use it. I hope you guys dont allow this kind of treatment and attitude of your employee on doing their customer service to the customer.

I like the store and staff at the same time.
It is clean and big, people can stay inside and there are a lot of seats there
The only problem I see in most of Starbucks' cafes is that there is too much noise in the stores probably because of bad interior design

I came here on Monday, August 11 - from 1pm to 5pm. I had to leave at 3pm to go to my dentist so I asked the staff I can leave my coffee and water because i Planned on coming back after my dentist. I live in Scarborough so I never get to come here and I wanted to take advantage of my time here. When I left my coffee, the gentleman with braces said he would make me a new coffee when I came back. I ended up coming back nealy an hour later and the staff made me new coffee with an espresso shot, no questions asked. PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you to everyone here. I am very grateful.

One of the lowest quality stores! I went there for my birthday and when I asked for my free drink, they made some excuses and said You have to install the starbucks app at least one year ago! While I did it already.
It was so rude and unprofessional. Moreover the taste of the frappe was awful and even not close to the other stores. I don’t recommend this store …

The WORST experience I have ever had at any Starbucks. This store doesn’t know what customer service means. When picked up my order I said to the barista I asked my beverages with no foam, cup was 1/4 of foam. The barista instead of an apology or even try to make it right she gave me an attitude and a hard time by saying it’s impossible to make it without foam. I said I have been asking for it at different stores and they make it right not sure why she couldn’t make it. She said she cannot make it as I wanted and walked away. I asked for a refund and she came and ripped off the stickers from the cup when she saw I was taking a pic of the cups. She continue arguing in the back while the other barista was processing my refund. I said the customer service at this location is really bad she looked at me and continue arguing. I asked to the other barista for the store manager name and the first barista yelled at me there were business cards if I wanted one. At this point I was tired of her attitude I only said, I’m not talking to you and she sarcastically said “have a good one ma’am”. This barista needs a customer service training ASAP. Definitely won’t come back to this store.

Not a great Starbucks. Service is not particularly a priority here. While traveling I usually go every day, but after this morning, I’ll stick to the Tim Hortons nearby.
