Amazing place for work

Failed to deliver a simple order (coffee and cake slice) promptly. When I spoke up about not receiving my order I was at first ignored as if I was both invisible and mute. Upon the second time I spoke up I was greeted with a stare of confusion.
In total, I had to speak my order four times.

They didn't have a tray for 2 coffees. Having a purse, a trolly with a laptop and carying 2 coffees is a challenge. I asked them to cut the 4-cup tray into 2. They did.

I just visited 2 minutes ago and the dude making the drinks went out of his way to be rude like high school wanna be mean girl rude if you know you know 😂 idk what’s going on at this Starbucks but your staff need to grow up and act like they wanna keep their jobs.

This is the second time ordering Pumpkin Spice Latte from this location in the last couple of days. It tastes terrible! As if a syrup they use is spoiled or something. Last time I thought it was just one messed up latte, but again same thing. Please look into this. It’s either your barista is adding something they’re not supposed to, or the ingredients went bad!

Wanted a pumpkin spice latte with oat milk but they were out of oat milk and pumpkin spice, at 2pm on a weekday in October... Asked for a decaf with soy milk and they gave almond milk instead. No seating available. Overall quite unsatisfying.

I ordered a large capuccino and I received less than 50% so I went to claim because the quantity was so little but the leidy who was preparing was not respectful. I don't understand how people who is working for a company and getting their salaries don't offer good service very dossapointed with this location I hope the manager pay attention to these matters.

The person who serves is a sweetheart, a very friendly guy but the girls who prepare the drinks are rude and have a bad attitude when serving customers, I asked for a long coffee and I literally had less than half a cup of coffee and the rest was just foam, I told them and they got upset because that's how it was and that's it, they added more milk and I ended up scolded and drinking hot milk 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Come here every morning, but lani is honestly not very friendly! Everyone els is amazing !
If I’m paying 7$ for a hot drink you should be nicer!

I know Starbucks is falling and this location is a an example why.
Coffee was cold, when asked to replace they don’t have it. Bakery stuff was all stale… terrible experience

Frustrating that Starbucks hasn't caught on to healthy options that other independent cafes have... e.g. almond milk has sugar.
Prices are still just way too high. As I wanted a latte with almond milk, and didn't want sugar, I didn't purchase anything.

I've been at this location a couple of times and have noticed on more than one occasion that staff members are condescending to the customers. Then I was in there this week and Manager Gary or Gerry was working abd I realized the staff gets their manners from their boss. What a rude SOB he was. How did this guy ever get promoted. Avoid this location at all costs. Shame on you Starbucks.
