At 626 Sheppatd Ave West starbacks My mini everything bagels served as not warmed anough or at all. After 6 or even less min took our of bag cold no sign they were warmed ever.
By the time of half an hour after opening, the other employee at serving spot faced me and the serviing one with the floor rags in hands one after other, he moved them facing towards food as those rags were not placed on floor still yet.
Could those employees be trained properly on how warm the food and having time organize working spots prior to start serving customers or they will be continuing serving disappointment and experience?

At Starbucks they don’t GREET smile at all and there is very little respect for customers
They also work very slowly and everything feels unmotivated

The barista at the cash register needs better training in customer service and proper communication. I ordered the Egg, Pesto, and Mozz sandwich, but she gave me the Turkey, Provolone & Pesto sandwich instead. Too bad I was in a rush that day and didn’t have time and the energy to complain. Also, this location seems to be a regular hangout spot for elderly men from the neighbourhood. If that kind of atmosphere isn’t your preference, avoid this location.

You can really tell she knows what she’s doing — every sip was smooth, perfectly balanced, and genuinely enjoyable.
One of those drinks you actually slow down to savor.

ive seen like 50 diff workers the entire time ive been going to this store. anyway great service theyre very nice one time the barista messed up and gave me 2 drinks for free. also had a cashier know my order before i would even say it cuz i would get the same exact thing. thanks to the asian guy very cheerful

I recently tried the new iced oat cookie latte and it was truly delightful. The oat milk provided a wonderfully creamy texture, perfectly complementing the sweet cookie flavor. It's a refreshing and satisfying beverage, especially on a warm day. I also wanted to commend the wonderful staff at this particular location. They were all incredibly friendly and efficient, making the ordering process a breeze. My drink was prepared exactly as I requested and served with a smile. This establishment consistently provides a positive and welcoming atmosphere. I will certainly be returning for another one of these delicious lattes very soon.

There was an error during the purchase of a gift card, resulting in a withdrawal from my account that did not appear on the gift card. When discussing this matter with the Manager, Nicole, she exhibited unprofessional conduct and condescending behaviour. Her remarks were inappropriate, including a joke about providing me with money from the till. She stated, “Want $25 from my till.” I responded affirmatively, and she responded, “she’s just joking.” Her initial demeanour was unfriendly, and she was unable to provide a receipt for the transaction. Despite my repeated requests, she remained indifferent and attributed the issue to my bank.

Ultimately, after my persistent efforts, she reluctantly issued me a receipt. Her behaviour did not align with the professional standards I expect from a Starbucks employee.

I ordered 2 Cortardo coffees and received 2 awful coffees! The barista gave me two awful coffees. They were not Cortados. The barista insisted they were Correct. I left them there as I was unable to drink them . I will never go back there !!! I should receive a refund !!!

Very disappointed in the Customer Service at this location. I came here twice a day for 10+ years and am an excellent customer. Nicole, the Manager would not let me use the washroom unless I bought a coffee today. She was also very rude telling me she didn’t recognize me as a customer. This is very shortsighted for a place like Starbucks. I asked her very nicely and have spent a lot of money here. Now they lost a long term customer and lost a significant amount of Goodwill as an organization because of the actions of one employee.

I ddin't know that star bucks has a new policy regarding of using washroom. One of your employee told me that only customer allow to use it! I am a customer and the same time I am an uber driver. Thats how you guys treated people who is coming inside your place. Telling people that only customer allowed to use it. I hope you guys dont allow this kind of treatment and attitude of your employee on doing their customer service to the customer.

I like the store and staff at the same time.
It is clean and big, people can stay inside and there are a lot of seats there
The only problem I see in most of Starbucks' cafes is that there is too much noise in the stores probably because of bad interior design

If I could, I would’ve given zero stars here. Employees there are very rude.

I came here on Monday, August 11 - from 1pm to 5pm. I had to leave at 3pm to go to my dentist so I asked the staff I can leave my coffee and water because i Planned on coming back after my dentist. I live in Scarborough so I never get to come here and I wanted to take advantage of my time here. When I left my coffee, the gentleman with braces said he would make me a new coffee when I came back. I ended up coming back nealy an hour later and the staff made me new coffee with an espresso shot, no questions asked. PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you to everyone here. I am very grateful.
