Today, I wore new white pants and a white top and went to Starbucks to enjoy my favorite Blonde Espresso cappuccino. I sat down in the café and, while responding to a work message on my phone, decided to take a sip of coffee. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t properly secure the lid, and the entire coffee spilled on my clothes. My day was ruined, and all my plans were disrupted. My clothes couldn’t be cleaned, and now I have to throw them away. Although they gave me a free drink to order for my son, it doesn’t compensate for the costs and the ruined day. I am very ???
In such cases, perhaps it would be better to cancel the practice of staff securing the lids. Let each customer do it themselves. I trusted that the staff had done their job perfectly, and it resulted in this trouble.???

Probably the best Starbucks in town. Whoever is managing the store is doing an outstanding job. The place is always clean, the customer service is beyond great, but most importantly, the playlist is always the best!
place is great, as is its outside patio as its on a sunny corner, but why only 2 umbrellas for 6 tables? all the customers fight to get them!

They have almost any kind of drink you could ever want from hot chocolate to frozen lemonade. Very nice staff The snacks there are very tasty, especially the sugar cookies. There's a nice sitting area where you can eat or drink while working. They also sell bags of chips, banana bread, cake pops, Rice krispie bars and more!

Charlotte, and Danielle!Date: March 19,2024 12:30pmThe cashier named Selena is so rude she’s the worst customer service ever. And she charged me for extra foam!!! The drink was so nasty and tasteless even though I got paid more for it. I just don’t understand why she’s acting so entitled and rude?!?! I come here all the time and I felt really uncomfortable coming today it was the worst experience ever.
