I always order iced matcha latte from Starbucks but it tasted very different today. There were chunks of matcha in the latte like they were not fully stirred. There was no whipped cream even if I added them in my customized order (the picture is taken after I requested for whipped cream). The cold foam was also not the usual cold foam that I got from Starbucks.

The partners on the floor displayed an extraordinary level of friendliness and efficiency, even during the hectic rush hour. As always, Clave stood out with his exceptional politeness and top-notch customer service, greeting me with his trademark smile. Despite the extended wait due to the busy period, Clave and I enjoyed a delightful conversation, making the experience truly remarkable.

My experience at this location with this employee(in the photo)was horrid. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location although I’ve lived in this area for many years.
For starters, my initial issue was not with her. However, she took it upon herself to involve herself in a way that was counterproductive. This let me know she really lacked in 1. Customer service training and 2. Minding her business.
My initial issue was when I came into the store spoke to a gentleman and I requested a Grande Pumpkin Spice Crème. He informed me that drink did not exist. I advised him I’ve ordered it for the past 3 days on Uber Eats from this location.
The gentleman proceeds to tell me I must be talking about the Pumpkin Spice Latte or Frap. I told no, I am pregnant and the Pumpkin Spice Crème is the only non caffeinated beverage. He proceeds to tell me that I can just get the other ones because the one I’m speaking about does not exist. I told him I would move to the side so he can serve other customers and I will pull it up on Uber Eats.
I did. He saw it on Uber Eats and said “well nobody buys this drink anyway.” I advised him I wanted this one again because I’m pregnant and it was not caffeinated.
He placed the order and that interaction was done.
I received my beverages from another young lady and at this point I am waiting for my food.
The lady in the picture below was handed my food by the gentleman and I heard him say “This is for(insert my name).” The lady in the picture walks to the counter and says “Here’s your food” while throwing it across the counter. Please keep in mind there are 4-5 other customers waiting for their food.
I said “Excuse me, may I have a bag?” This lady tosses the bag at me and walks away.
I was shocked. I did not speak to her up until that point and I did not understand where the disrespect was coming from.
I walked over took her picture and she told the gentleman that I took her picture. I proceed to tell her “I took your picture because you were rude. I should be able to order a non caffeinated drink( that I have been ordering) without having to constantly mention I’m pregnant.”
Before I finished my sentence she literally stomped her way to the back area saying “blah blah blah, I don’t want to hear it.”
This type of behaviour is disgusting. This employee is a poor representation of what this particular community at Yonge & Erskine represents.
This employees maturity level is in question as well as their ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion. Not to mention her inability to exercise the customer service training that she was taught.
This also an example how this employees problem solving skills are counterproductive and a true detriment to the team, the brand and the Yonge and Erskine Community.
I will never be coming into this location again.

Ordered a grande vanilla cappuccino with whip cream on top. But it was only half full. Did not need half a cup of whip cream. Besides, it melts so fast i barely have a drink. Confronted them but a man took my drink dumped it out and said “we’ll make another for you. The whip cream melted that’s why”. duh, so why is half of my cup gone. Who orders half a cup a cup cream? The second drink they made had slightly less whip cream and more liquid but still not was I would consider a grande size.
Took out my girlfriend’s drink to her on the dirty patio and she told me they made it wrong. She ordered one of the refreshers and add coconut milk but they did not add the coconut milk.
Recently started going back to Starbucks after a long hiatus. Shame, don’t think I’ll go back to this one.

Hi, you can't get someones name don't ask for it. I shortened my name to Das, it's 3 letters and the lady behind the counter couldn't get it. She kept saying Des? And after just 2 tries she told me " it's okayyy". If you don't respect someone's name, then don't ask for it

When we have a generation that refuses to do the job properly, we end up with mistakes I ordered from Uber today. I received the completely wrong sandwich. I didn’t get my coffee and I’m sick of complacent young workers.

I picked up some coffee here and the staff was super friendly, Neil is awesome.The place is pretty clean and super organized.The staff are super fast and nice, and there is patio open to sit outside.
