Ordered a lavender oat matcha latte here and they made it horribly. No flavour of lavender because the girl making the drink added extra oat milk before blending and did not have enough room to add the lavender cream. She threw most of the cream out. What a waste! The drink I got in my hand doesn't even have enough matcha flavour because it's so diluted by extra oat milk. Never coming back to this location.
The location is nice and pet friendly, which is why I usually stop there for a frappuccino after a long walk with my dog. It had been a while since I visited, but I’ve gone twice recently. My go-to drink is the brown sugar strato frappuccino.
The first time, the barista lady forgot to add cinnamon. When I asked, she seemed surprised and just sprinkled some on carelessly. The cup wasn’t the right one, and the drink lacked the presentation I’m used to at other locations.
The second time, the same barista basically handed me iced coffee with milk and a bit of cinnamon on top. I didn’t even bother to complain. She seemed all over the place and not particularly friendly.
I’m not looking for over-the-top customer service, but I do expect my drink to be made according to the recipe and brand standard. I understand she may have been overwhelmed, but it’s clear she needs more training and doesn’t know the recipes. I won’t be coming back to this location.

I went to Starbucks for a coffee and was pleasantly surprised to meet Liz. She was fantastic, great service and even some awesome product recommendations. Totally recommend her!

This was by far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. My order wasn’t anything complicated—just a cold brew with three times of cold foam. At other locations, if the cup size is too small, they usually move it to a Venti cup to make it work. To save them the trouble, I ordered it as a Venti from the start, and I didn’t really mind that the drink itself was a bit less because of the foam.
But then, the barista named Liv literally said things like “What the heck is this?” and “What do you mean three times?” right to my face. It was extremely rude and humiliating. And then she started arguing with someone named Liz—maybe the manager, I’m not sure—in front of customers, which was unbelievably unprofessional.
Because of those two employees who clearly have no respect for customers, my day was completely ruined. Honestly, instead of making drinks, Liv should first learn how to treat customers properly. And please, keep unnecessary chit-chat to a quiet voice, or save it for when it’s not busy. As someone who works in the same industry, I found it embarrassing.
This is something I truly want to report to Starbucks corporate. Absolutely the worst experience.

Stopped by for a quick coffee with my husband and toddler. All the baristas were friendly and I appreciate a good service specially when I am with my toddler. We enjoyed our coffee, thank you!

While I was waiting for my mobile order at the pick up area, there was a female employee, I think her name was Liv, who was washing the equipment she had used right at the faucet near the pick up area with very strong water and that water hit me and I told her but all she did was snob me and turned her back on me without even apologizing even though she knew she had splashed water on me she is very rude. I hope next time, please teach that employee of yours to be professional in his/her job especially if he/she made a mistake instead of just laughing and laughing during work hours. because I waited for a long time for my two drinks even its not busy that time and got splashed with water. Im still thankful because of the guy working that time he is so kind to me and to my daughter this happen just today.

The staff working on Sunday were very rude. This Starbucks branch is definitely not a place worth recommending. I got a warning just for sitting for 10 minutes without ordering a drink. Truly the most mediocre establishment in my neighborhood.
