I am glad to purchase all my Tea Lattes from this location especially when it’s super busy. I am impressed at the level of professionalism displayed by the baristas. Keep up the good work!!

If I’m giving 1 star that means I gave the place couple of tries and the inconsistency was consistent.Not only this Starbucks is more expensive (yes you read that right. Not all Starbucks have the same price listing) than the other Starbucks in the neighbourhood but the service is really horrible.They got my order wrong not once but couple of times and every time the same drink taste different. And not only it happened to me but when I was sharing the incident with my friends it happen to them too. They get the orders wrong very often and the barista is not good.And on my birthday when I went to get my free drink I was told that since I didn’t use the Starbucks app for more than a month I can’t redeem my birthday treat. Which was pure lie coming from the manager of the store who clearly didn’t know what he was talking about and making this up.I just walked out and went to the Starbucks south of Yonge and Eglinton opposite the subway and not only they were polite and wished me birthday but also happily redeemed the birthday treat.Save yourself money and time by going to some other location.

I usually don’t leave reviews for large chains. I’ve been in this location a few times after my nail appointments and the baristas are all so kind. Today silly me still wanted an iced drink despite the cold warning outside. The barista did a simple gesture and put a sleeve on my drink and told me to take care. Thank you for the small gesture that made my day.

This is a first dog-unfriendly Starbucks I have ever been at. There are even issues with picking up a mobile order if you have a small trained dog.

The worst Starbucks store. Every time I order a drink, they make it wrong or there’s a problem with it and sandwiches look beaten up. No care for customer. It’s like the just want to get rid of you and your order.

Drinks are inconsistent so order through the app if you want them to make your order exactly how it should be.I ordered an iced latte and they didn't put any whipping cream on it. They also didn't put the right size in when I ordered so make sure you be explicit with exactly what you want when you order or just tell them to remake it if it isn't good. Definitely not worth $6 when it's badly made.
