Horrible experience!!! The staff is unprofessional, rude, no etiquette, not suitable for Starbucks to have these kind of employees that don’t care about customers or at least making sure they follow the rules and make the right drink!! Horribleeeee!!!

I had the worst experience in Starbucks today. I ordered a small iced shaken espresso through the app and waited 17 minutes for my order! And what did I get? A cup full of ice cubes for $7! This is horrible!

Can’t lie the workers here always get my drink right and have been nice to me and my mom everytime we come in on the weekends. Love what they do and there’s one supervisor kind of short with long hair that is here everytime we come and whenever she takes our order she’s always the best

Let me just start off by saying that this location is by far one of the best I’ve been too. I come almost everyday and they always say hi to me with a smile. Very clean location too compared to some others I’ve been too. You can see that it gets busy but these people sure know how to move the line as quick as they can. Always having a good time whenever I come to the store
Worst customer service I have ever had. Barista gave me looks and attitude. Didn't punch my drink right. Supervisor was rude and disrespectful. Baristas ain't trained properly. Had repeated order multiple times and still didn't get it right. Kanshika (or something), barista taking order seemed disinterested to help. Worst customer service.

As regular Starbucks customers, me and my friend visited for the first time the Fairview mall location, the casher was AMAZING and I give him a 5+ star and I had recognized him from the STC location (very nice and friendly) I never got his name. Anyhow, we placed the order...walked towards the pick up asle where this guy Emanuel started to make my friend's cappuccino, as he was pouring the milk he had a very small amount left, my friend asked if possible to fill up the cup with it while there was still space or give her the remaining instead of dumping it...he rudely said that we don't do that if you want more milk go pay for extra milk and come back I will make you more and dumped the milk in the sink, as my friend is a senior and we know seniors sometimes don't like to waste, his rudeness was unacceptable and we go to starbucks every day sometimes twice a day and yet to experience this, how rude and no respect to customers or seniors. As we sat down, I knew she felt bad and embarrassed...so I got up with my credit card and decided to go pay for little milk and say that they gave it to me so she didn't feel bad and embarrassed. So I did and the original casher who showed above and beyond service at the stc location previously and now here, I explained what happened and told him I will pay np just I don't want my friend to feel embarrassed...I only needed like 5 tea spoon amount of milk, not much., as we were not there to drink extra milk for free. He said sorry and gave me a little milk for my friend. He went above and beyond even to warm it up for her. Because of the treatment after payment from Emanuel, we will never visit this starbucks. As Starbucks customers, did was a total failure and unexpected customer experience. Avoid this location!!! If you don't want to feel embarrassed infront if other customers in line.

Very disappointed! There was a huge line up, more than 15 ppl, had to wait for almost 30+ minutes to get the drink. Only 2 staff were working. The drink tasted terrible. Never visiting this place again.
