I ordered an Iced Matcha Latte today, but the matcha powder wasn’t mixed well and the drink had many clumps.

I visited this Starbucks on August 8 around 3 PM and was so impressed by the outstanding customer service I received. The young gentleman working at the time was incredibly kind, attentive, and made my experience feel genuinely welcoming. It’s rare to come across service that feels this thoughtful and sincere—he truly made my day!

I ordered a regular iced matcha in Fairview mall, and the staff gave me 70% ice cubes. Very bad experience. I asked the staff, and they don’t care. The staff told me this is a regular ice to be added. I only drank four sips and whole cup was finished.

I had ordered a drink and cake pop. After having ordered, given that there was a crowd of people waiting for their drinks, my sister and I waited in the sitting area nearby.
It had been a decent amount of time, and I was certain that my drink was ready to go; however, I saw that only my cake pop was at the pickup desk and nothing else. Given that the person who ordered in front of me had already gone, my assumption was that my drink was perhaps missed.
I then approached the barista and simply asked about whether my drink was in the order queue - the barista then told me, “Your drink is coming up next” followed by “It’s really busy right now and it’s just me” which I immediately responded by saying “Oh no worries at all,” however, she continued to say “I’ve been working 8hours and making drinks all day it’s just me here.” (uncertain about what other statements were said but it was related to basically having a rough shift and feeling overwhelmed).
She told me the above in front of all other customers, who were also waiting for their drinks. Now, I understand being overwhelmed and overworked; however, hearing this as a customer who has simply asked a question is quite strange to me. I get that staffing could potentially be an issue (one barista and one other staff taking orders), but to then basically rant to a customer who asked about a drink is quite unprofessional in any given situation.
This conversation made me feel extremely bad, because it was never my intention to criticize or overwhelm the barista. It took me by surprise and quite literally ruined my mood to the point that I didn’t even want the drink anymore.
Perhaps management should look into adequately staffing the store - I understand being overworked myself as a healthcare worker, but if your staff are at a point where they’re taking out their frustration on customers there is a serious problem.

I got a coffee and iced coffee from this branch today at 4:30. When I asked the salesperson for milk, she rudely and brutally slammed the milk on the table, And when I protested, what a rude behaviour this was, she told me to get out of here. Of course, I didn't go til to get my coffee. It's shameful to see this kind of racist behaviour.

Staff is always extremely kind & well-mannered! - however needs to be more diligent & efficient during busy times. I have waited for late orders a number of times, and is an inconvenience for those of us who also work in the mall. Today the mobile orders were shut off because a staff member expressed they were “missing orders”? Seems like an extra staff member is needed during high-traffic times.
You can’t get a dark roast here past 5 pm

Absolutely love this Starbucks at Fairview Mall! The staff are always friendly, fast, and remember my order, which makes every visit feel personal. The store is always clean, well-stocked, and has a cozy vibe—perfect for studying, meetings, or just relaxing. I appreciate how consistent the drink quality is, and the seasonal specials are always a treat. Whether I’m grabbing a quick coffee or sitting down to work for a while, this location never disappoints. Special shoutout to the baristas for their warm energy and great service. Definitely my go-to Starbucks in the area!
