The environment of the store is good, however the service is not friendly, I came at 10:20am on Thursday their online ahead order is closed, it’s a rainy day I don’t think they wanna customers to order in their store, I asked for the reason from one of the staff, she said they only have staff who are not available to handle online order, which makes customer feel not convenient, she asked me to checkout another store for the menu and then ordered in person seems taken longer time.

i was at this location around 1pm today, picking up my drinks. there was an employee standing by the pick-up area, handing out drinks to people and she went to put whip cream on someone’s drink, she got a little bit of it on her hand and i watched as she licked it off and then continued to hand people their drinks. as someone who works in healthcare, this was quite disturbing. usually the staff is really nice but this is just unacceptable.

Walked in last night at 7:30pm to order some items, sit, and use the bathroom. Was told by the staff that the bathroom is now closed for the night... 30 minutes before closing time? Had to go elsewhere.

Lovely staff! Wanted to give a shoutout to the person who made my drink Sunday night before closing (Iced matcha latte and cinnamon dolce latte). I forgot his name but him alone deserves the 5 stars. Drinks are of course really great.

I stop in here regularly on the way to pick my daughter up from school. Every day, everyone is in a great mood, the music is good, they’re so friendly. I don’t know if this is something that they have to do, but my daughter wanted an iced water, the lovely person behind the counter treated her as a true customer, with a smile, and made her feel amazing that she’d placed an order all by herself. Even though it was just water, they called out her name, thanked her for coming etc. it made her day. And boosted her confidence so much! The staff here are honestly the best!
I love this location! The whole crew is absolutely adorable and friendly. Most of them remember my order and this make me fell at home and very welcome. Thank you so much to all of you for making our experience a fantastic one, coffee, after coffee.❤️

Can the tables 4 tables and chairs by the window be out there AGAIN!????
There are only 5 chairs by the one window now! It makes such a big difference with the tables and chairs on the opposite side! I think the Pendamic took those away. Please bring them back! Thank you!

Upstairs offers more time to read, think , dream or study! Seniors are unable to do the stairs so it would be so much better with the tables and chairs back! Please!!
