Ordered a decaf coffee which took way too long to brew and then was made incorrectly. I find it impossible to comprehend how someone can screw up something so simple. I expect a wrong order from the bottom feeders like Tim Hortons but not when I pay $3.00+ for a good cup of coffee.

The barista on cash had a rude and arrogant tone and replied with a sarcastic “obviously” when we politely requested for a bag to carry our order. It almost felt like we were treated differently by her for reasons best known to her as she seemed really happy chatting away with other customers. It is sad to see how people think that their behaviour is not understood by others when they act this way.

One of my favourite Starbucks to go to. The baristas are so sweet, friendly, polite and pleasant to interact with. They are quick and efficient I never wait long for my order even when I don’t order ahead. The establishment is well kept and clean. Unfortunately they don’t have a seating area as it’s a smaller Starbucks. I visit often when working in the area and never had a bad visit.
