I’m writing this review to share my experience at this branch. Unfortunately, some of the staff seem to act as though they are the customers, and we are the staff, with their attitude coming across as demanding. On multiple occasions, my orders haven’t been prepared as requested or even according to the standard recipes. When I’ve chosen to let it go and not complain, the situation somehow ends up getting worse.
I sincerely hope the manager of this branch reads this review and takes steps to address such experiences. Starbucks should be a place of comfort, not frustration.

Disappointed with the Service at This Location, I’ve had several negative experiences at the Starbucks located at 941 College St, Toronto. The staff often appear disorganized and inattentive, which results in slow service and frequent mistakes. On multiple occasions, my order has been served cold, and even after politely pointing this out, it seems to go unnoticed or unaddressed.
It’s frustrating to feel ignored as a customer, especially when the same issues persist despite providing feedback directly to the team. I expect better from a Starbucks location, given the brand’s standard of quality and service. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and implements improvements, as this has been a consistent problem.

Second weekend store is not open at 530am ..nor at 630am .....staff blatantly ignored knocking on the door ...instead of explaining or.......Hey if your staff doesnt show up ...PUT A SIGN ON DOOR alerting clients to go to TIM HORTONS you wont be opening..... rude guy working put on a sign on door next time
Great location, spacious enough to find a place to work, good coffee, clean.

I'll delete this review after it gets acknowledged but a woman working near the mobile orders was yelling at people and she tossed a tray at me. I was scared to ask for anything else. Please review her, many people were uncomfortable.
There was an African American gentleman there yesterday wearing a Covid black mask, was so busy talking to a customer that had already had their order, god forbid I ask a question to interrupt him. I had to wait to ask for the code to the washroom, he was annoyed that he had to stop his rant and snapped at me to use the door on the left. Went to the was room which was on the left, and there were two doors. One on the right with the code and it said vacant. Door on the left had no code and was a handicap washroom, thought I head him wrong, went back again to say door needs a code. He said if it’s locked someone’s in there, but the code door was vacant. So I explained that and he shouted at me that it’s the door on the left!
Could have just told me to use the handicap washroom(also, are we allowed to use that)? Also, could have just said the vacant door that requires a code is not working. Or maybe just put a sign on the door to say please use the handicap washroom?
But the worst part was he has to “deal” with me, instead of preaching god knows what to another customer that already had their coffee. Hilarious. I used to work across the street at the west end y, and the old staff at this Starbucks used to care about their job.

5 members of staff doing their own stuff and keeping customers wait for a long time. Some of the staff don’t listen to you and just hear the names of the products adding them to the order (when you just ask a question about food) and then they mix up your order making it more expensive then your actual order is.

The service is hit and miss. Long term staff here mostly great. Recently staff have been clearly unhappy and agitated: I got free drinks on my app and they didn’t know how to access it on their point of sale screen. And were adamant that it wasn’t there. Took me more than 2 min to explain where it should show on their screen and they kept saying I was wrong and irritated by my insistence and I was being polite. Eventually they found it and without any acknowledgment or apology for their lack of patience.
One time I came in to get a coffee close to closing (but not at) and knew that I meant to purchase to go. They said they (2 different staff ) were closing and I said yes I know I’m taking it to go. On my way out I put my coffee down to get a napkin and they shouted across the room to say again that they were closed. I know but no need to get impatient
Also they’ve removed the tables in the beautiful courtyard. Why do they not care to put them out?!???
This Starbucks was a neighborhood destination for locals but given the downward trend of this, no one is going to want to go there.

When I asked them for a less Ice drink why do they always fill the entire thing with ice? First he forgot to add whipped cream when I specifically asked to. Also I actually confirmed with the guy making the drink if it is less ice and he said yes on my face. I could see it is half filled with ice. Dude, if you cannot even do a starbucks job properly idk what are you upto in life.
