Shyna the barista was sweet,I had a PSL for the 1st time, spent 10 bucks,it was just as if I had a mega glass of steamed milk,that's it.plain & Simple.there just too much hype abt this PSL.i fell For the trap! very disappointed Starbucks.i could've donated this 10 bux to someone needy.i could not not not at all taste the pumpkin spice nor the expresso which shyna said,she put in,I believe her,but I couldn't even freakin' Smell the pumpkin spice or the expresso in my beverage,,leave alone tasting it.For these 10 bux,alternatively I could've gotten myself beatrice milk for a whole month & thereby supported the 'Kids help phone' foundation. Yucky experience.also,my PSL was not hot,when I requested the boy barista to heat it up,shyna had gone behind for a bit,he said they Do not have A microwave oven & he can not heat it up.im extremely disappointed Starbucks.Youre losing your game guys.

barista was so rude and made my drink wrong 3 times and didnt even remake it the 3rd time she just poured a bit out and put vanilla sweet cream cold foam which the order was still wrong, she made the same wrong drink 3 times just different variations and claimed im the one that told her to make it that way.

This location must be understaffed or poorly manage. The wait time for the orders is longer than usual even when they don’t appear busy. The orders are mixed up every single time as well .
