My only place for a good expresso drink. I can't drink coffee - it makes me feel sick. Some coffee shops use coffee beans not expresso beans and run it through an expresso machine and charge it to you as an expresso drink. I do love the expresso at Starbucks and giving a rating of 5 for the expresso beans. I usually get breakfast items and give them a 4.5 for that. The baked goods are "ok"...rather generic and small. I wish there were reviews by location because not all Starbucks locations are the same and I don't just mean the service and location ambiance and all that but the taste of the food and drinks. Take my favourite for example, grande Americano with an extra shot, or grande Americano 3/4 full. I've had this at one of my nearby locations awhile back and it was just totally off and inconsistent. After several months of feedback to the store, I finally had a chance to talk to the manager who was actually passionate about coffee and knew what he was talking about and admitted that the pressure and run time was off. The problem with that location was the staff was always changing so the beverages were just not great for over a year or so. Seems they got a new machine in afterwards and the beverages got better. Still some locations taste better than other locations. I noticed many inconsistencies between locations and baristas...for example when ordering cold expresso drinks, I really CRINGE when they drip the super hot expresso into a plastic cup and THEN add ice to it afterwards at the end - why don't they just put some ice into the plastic cup first? I don't like the idea getting melted plastic particles in my drink if I can avoid that as much as possible. You'd think that's common sense. And when you try to explain to them, they have no idea nor care what you're talking about. And my usual grande Americano 3/4 full? Some baristas or cashiers don't even know what "three quarter full" means...at least some actually admitted to that rather than getting your drink wrong and then asking "how much is three quarters?". And of course, some locations are friendlier than others or the service is better - considerably. Sometimes I go out of my way to the better location just to get that better cup of Americano. Still, in general, this is my favorite expresso place. Just wish for better consistency to improve quality and customer service.

i ordered the new holiday chai drink and it was very very watery. the drinks here are never as good as other locations but this time it felt extra bad. the drink was also very hot and my tongue was burnt for several days. if you want to get a coffee or really any drink i wouldn't recommend this place.

Consistently terrible service from this Starbucks location specifically. I have ordered from here multiple times and received the wrong order (or had missing items with zero communication to replace it) - EVERY SINGLE TIME. Not even joking or exaggerating; there have been mistakes in my order each and every time I've ordered from here. On top of that, they are consistently slower than any other Starbucks I've been to. How are you going to delay my priority order by 25 minutes and then forget to include a $10+ item?I am officially reporting this store to Starbucks head office if I can get through when I call tomorrow - the standards here are that abysmal. What a waste of time and money.

Every time I preorder on the app I regret it. It takes up to 15 mins for my one drink while I watch people come to the counter after me, order and leave with theirs long before mine. When I ask on an update I have been given attitude. It’s ok to admit you forgot. Don’t tell me it’s because there were many ahead of me, when I watch 5 people leave before me. Accuracy and service is very poor at this location.
Rude lady working this morning yelled at me for grabbing a coffee sleeve whilst looking too busy to help a damn soul. Like maybe offer to grab me one?? Or help? Like every other nice barista has done in the past. Don’t go here if you’d like a pleasant start to your day that’s for sure!

The whole experience of having cofee on a busy day was quite fine. Having a turkey sandwich with a venti was just an experience on another level. The sandwich had succulent peices of turkey bacon and cheese.....Vegetarian options: There are some vegetarian options such as cheese sandwich,potato wrap .Kid-friendliness: There was a lot of kids in this place. They were having fun and everything was just so friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there is plenty of space for wheelchair parking.Dietary restrictions: All types of restrictions are followed here.
