I PAID TO TRY THIS PROTEIN MATCHA AND IT Tasted like old expired MILK.I don't know what milk they use but tasted so awful my stomach hurt. They said they don't have Protein milk left so at least just cancel OR INFORM ME WHAT MILK WAS USED instead of giving me stomach problems with UNKOWN MILK.

I arrived 15 minutes before closing because I wanted a hot chocolate, but they refused to unlock the door. I arrived at 6:45. They close at 7pm & I'm writing this review at 6:53pm

I’ve had multiple great experiences with Hannah, and she is consistently wonderful every time. She’s friendly, welcoming, quick with drinks, and her positive energy really stands out. Even a short conversation with her makes my day better. Love seeing her when I stop by. Highly recommend this location!

Visited about an hour ago and had a great experience. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, and they even gave me a free pup cup, which was super nice of them. Service was quick, my drink was perfect, and the place felt clean and relaxed. Definitely a solid spot to stop by.

I keep forgetting not to come to this particular Starbucks and to drive farther away and still get my coffee in a timely fashion. This Starbucks has the LONGEST wait of any location I’ve visited in Toronto. Over 10 mins each time for just a venti black coffee. Not sure if they need to hire more staff or organize themselves better, but I’ve never had a good experience here. And it’s noted I ALWAYS order through the app to save time, but nope

I actually use to really love this location because they make my coffee perfect every time but after this morning for the bear cup drop I’m done with Starbucks. We waited in line at 5am waiting to get the cups there were more than 2 fyi and just as the store opens they’re all gone mysteriously… supposedly they only got 2 from when I called and spoke to the supervisor but that’s definitely not true and if it is why are stores getting only 2 bear cups?? Do better. This was extremely disappointing and a waste of time for a bunch of ppl who were waiting early in the morning to get their loved ones a cup.
The barista ladies are very nice here five stars does seating and vibes are very nice as well very comfortable and smells very nice with the high quality coffee beans and bakery just like any Starbucks they also closed kind of late at 9:30 and there's free parking everywhere please be aware of the pin on Google maps is wrong it is on the northeast side of the intersection
