Ordered a hot and an iced PSL and they both came hot and DoorDash wouldn’t give me a refund. I also went in the other day and both my drinks were made wrong. Please just read the order instructions. A $10 coffee shouldn’t be undrinkable

This is our favorite Starbucks location for the weekends. We are located close to here and it is super convenient to place an online order and then pick it up here. They always get the order right and greet us like family. Special shootout to Sarith, for going out of his way to ensure we always have a pleasant experience. We love seeing happy faces in customer services and the staff here never disappoint. Two thumbs up!

I come here most mornings and the staff are always smiling, happy, professional and, extremely courteous. They have a hard job dealing with people who haven't had their coffee yet and they do it with grace and happiness. It's easy to give 1 star reviews, but it's better to give out 5 stars and make people's days brighter; especially when they do the same for you.
Thank you to the incredible staff at the Castlefield and Caledonia location, I hope you guys know how amazing you are, thank you for ALWAYS starting my day off with a smile.
