They don't respect the lineup. I ordered coffee and four people paying after me received their order while I am waiting. When I ask they responded that's because the gusts were coming before me. Other service is great.
I hope the manager of this area can check the camera footage in the preparation area between 9 AM and 10:30 AM on October 13, 2024. Twice when I ordered coffee to-go, there were mistakes with the size. We ordered and paid for a large size but received a small one. The first time, the barista kindly remade our drinks, and we felt fine about it since the shop was busy.
However, yesterday’s experience was extremely disappointing, affecting my family’s mood throughout our holiday trip. We ordered three coffees, following the recipe, two large and one small for my daughter. But when we received our drinks, there was only one large and two small. When I questioned it, the Indian barista took one of the small coffees, poured it into an empty large cup, added a lot of milk, stirred it, and handed it back to me. I was truly angry at such careless and sloppy service.
From the moment I placed the order, I had a feeling something would go wrong. Before I even finished ordering and paying, the barista, since the shop wasn’t busy, rushed over to the ordering area, glanced at the order, and then started preparing it without waiting for me to complete the transaction to ensure the correct formula and sizes. Even a small difference in size changes the amount of ingredients needed.
I am deeply dissatisfied with this level of service at this location.

They can't get a latte right. The worst. Same problem over 5 times. This is not a one time thing. It's watery and a drop of coffee. Please note I don't like strong coffee so this is not the issue. Some servers look bothered.
