I’ve ordered from here on uber eats a few times recently. The first time they got my order entirely wrong, I asked for a latte and got a matcha. Luckily uber eats refunded me and I called the store to let them know they let a wrong order go out.
Today I thought to give them another chance since I was excited to try the holiday beverages.
They got my food correct. See photo for the drink. It didn’t even come close to full.
I can understand with whip and an extra hot drink could be the reason for the gap, an inch? Sure. Not this much.
I called this morning to have a personalized message written on my friend’s coffee cup and was met with enthusiasm and kindness!!! Thank you to whoever I spoke to it made my day!

The barista would throw away the cold foam that I paid extra than giving it all to my order, and tell me « it’s okay » when I told her to not to waste it. I don’t know why her mind couldn’t fathom that if I’m complaining, it’s not okay.
I am a regular customer here because it's on my way to work, and I love Starbucks. However, every time I pay for an extra scoop of matcha, they don't give it to me. Today, I was paying close attention and they only put in 3 scoops when I paid for 4. It's disappointing because I'm paying extra for that and it's not being included. I didn't have time to ask them to fix it because I was on my way to work.
This place gets pretty busy after school hours but the staff are always doing their best to provide the best service possible! A reliable location with great people.

This location has been my go-to spot since I moved to the neighbourhood but recently the service has become terrible. For the past few months, my orders have been wrong almost every single time which is very frustrating. Today was by far the worst experience — I placed a mobile order and had to wait 20 minutes to get it. There was only one barista actually making drinks and instead of focusing on the long wait times, they were chatting with coworkers. The lack of urgency and attention to customers was unacceptable. Additionally, my order was completely wrong - different milk option, no syrup that I got charged extra. Sadly, this location has gone from being reliable to consistently disappointing.

The Starbucks at 604 Pape is absolutely amazing, the staff here always go above and beyond. They always know how to put a smile on my face and they always make great suggestions. Everyone is so friendly and also very patient especially on days when I just can't decide on what to get. Thank you to management on hiring the most wonderful and energetic people. Walking into this establishment I feel like I'm walking into my second home with my second family. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This afternoon, around 1 pm on August 8, I ordered a Venti iced matcha and brought my own cup (900 ml). However, a staff( a Asian lady ) only filled it halfway. I found it strange, so I asked her about it. She told me she made it correctly, but I checked my cup’s capacity—it’s 900 ml, while a grande should be 700 ml.
