The breakfast sandwiches always have near raw bacon, I understand you just heat them up. But who wants an expensive breakfast sandwich with raw bacon on it.

Those with Milk Allergies BEWARE- Older quiet pale barista lady with dark long hair in a ponytail that works here does NOT take allergies seriously. My drink was made by her, completely wrong when the cup stated NO WHIP, SOY MILK. I asked for a new drink so she scooped the whip off the top and gave it back. I reminded her I was allergic to milk a second time- so she put it in a blender then back in a new cup, left it silently on the counter. I was extremely polite and tipped before this happened, too. I waited so long I just decided to leave instead of rectify the situation. The younger staff that work the cash are great, which is unfortunate because for my own peace of mind and safety I'm never returning to this location. I do not want to be sent to the hospital by a barista that hates people for having allergies.

The staff here are amazing. One woman in particular, I forgot my wallet and she made me my drink anyways. They are very kind to the public and work hard with hard with a great attitude.

I don't recommend going to this Starbucks location, the customer service is not good. I ordered a drink through the Starbucks app to save myself time from waiting in line at the store. I arrived at the Starbucks 2 minutes after placing the mobile order and the drink was not ready at the pick up counter, which was fine. But then 10 minutes passed and I watched the staff serve customers who waited in line and ordered after I did. That seemed strange to me because Starbucks always makes drinks in the order that they are received. So I asked an employee if my drink was ready and she said not yet. I waited 10 more minutes before asking about my drink again, and a different employee handed it to me. It turns out my drink was hiding behind the counter the entire time and none of the staff let me know. Basically I waited 20 minutes before I could get my drink, which defeats the purpose of mobile ordering. The staff here are neglectful and not considerate of customers' time. I won't be going here again.

This location has a problem with polite and well-behaved staff. I ordered my drink via mobile, and when I went to pick it up, I grabbed a bigger straw from front counter because the cookies get stuck in the smaller ones. An Asian lady started raising her voice at me, saying, "This is not the straw for this drink. You have to take the other one." I told her I liked the bigger one, but she kept raising her voice, insisting that it's not for this drink, it's for something else. I mean, what's the big deal? The crumbles are getting stuck in small straws , and I just want to enjoy my drink.

Tell me why I order my venti matcha latte with no ice and receive HALF A DRINK. I’m not paying $9 for a bucket of ice, just to be gaslit into thinking that this is normal behaviour. This is not normal, it’s greedy. I’ve never had this problem before, even at this location, so I don’t understand why the barista today thought it was okay to serve me a half empty drink?
