This place is always packed with orders, I feel bad for the staff trying to keep up with orders.
That said, I order two of the same lattes and both tasted dramatically different. I think they messed a step. Usually there’s no room, but we got 3/5 or 3/4 of the cup filled (not typical). Lots of froth.
Starbucks is declining with their quality, it’s really forcing me to find local shops which I think is a good thing.
Again, not knocking the staff, I just don’t think they’re setup for success, too many orders going through the app.

Always a great place to grab a quick java, gab , pick up a gift or replenish your home stash. It's always great but merch is wayyy overpriced. Coffee can be pricey depending on your fickleness lol. It's still and always will be my go to for great service and great coffee 😊 Make sure to sign up for Star rewards.

The girls are so cute and friendly! Love this location.
The only thing I would say is, if you’re ordering by the app and ask for a VENTI drink size, check w the girls if the size is correct, cause the couple times I went there they gave me the GRANDE size because their system didn’t send them the correct size. It’s definitely NOT their fault, it was system fault. The girls changed my size cup as soon as I showed her my app and the correct size.
Location is perfect and they have a second floor w sofas to allocate yourself comfy.

As a HUGE Starbucks supporter, this location is consistently SLOW and they often substitute a Pike or Dark when I order Blonde. They either don't care or think the customer will not notice. Lazy and inconsiderate.

It took over 20 minutes for a drink. I arrived with no customers in the store and 6 other people who arrived after me were served first for some reason. Then, I ordered a grande drink and was served a tall. While they offered to make me the larger drink, I already waited so long I couldn’t wait anymore. Poor service and urgency for customers.
