Ten minutes for a single one-shot espresso and still waiting. The place is not even full of people. Only one person is making coffee while two people are just walking around... seems that they need a new manager
Although, it’s a chain this location has a cozy neighbourhood coffee house atmosphere. Best to avoid lunch hour and after school if you are looking for somewhere quiet to hang out, it can be over run by tweens from the local school around the corner.

By far the worst Starbucks in the city now. Rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. Two different workers on different days in the span of a week. Go to a local shop like Mercury Espresso instead!

Convenient location and service is on point.
Nearly every time I visit this location I’m disappointed in my drink. Somehow always watery. I more frequently order from locations downtown and they get it right every time. Not sure what this location is missing.

Had a great Customer experience here in this store. The staffs are really amazing and helpful in selecting and recommending drinks .
One of the staff went extra mile to customize our orders as we didn’t knew what to order and wanted to try something different than what was on the menu.
Had great experience and really appreciated.

Paid more than need I pay 6.27 for small ice macha one but in original it cost 5.93 with tax. They don’t even mix it properly.

I had an amazing experience at Starbucks today, thanks to Rowan. Her energy was absolutely contagious, turning my Monday morning into a bright start. The small conversation we had made a big impact on my day. Keep up the great work, Rowan!

Starbucks. Plumed, archetypal. The coffee shop that other coffee shops try to emulate and not emulate at the same time. There is nothing unique about this brand, and yet it feels unique. They win over every other coffee shop for atmosphere; there are few exceptions. I love it and that’s why I’m here.
Not for the coffee. I order a breve latte (made with cream) to hide the flavour of the coffee. I love the buzz of three shots, all in a grande (medium) size. At the best coffee shops, breve isn’t needed.
And the food? Well, I gave it a three, and I was being generous. I ordered a ham and Swiss croissant. It was good, not spectacular.
Convenience? I’ve got the app and I’ve learned how to time my orders. Enough said.
So, that leaves atmosphere. It’s welcoming, available, and always plumed. There is always lots of open space. Hey other coffee shops, open your spaces. Oooopen! This particular location is archetypal and exemplifies the best I’ve seen around the world (well, Beijing and Vancouver). It may not have two stories, and it doesn’t serve the reserve brand, fitting in with the neighbourhood, but there are always chairs available and it feels like you’re sitting with other local work from home/coffee shop warriors.
If you like Starbucks coffee and want a clean and welcoming atmosphere for your afternoon (or morning) work session, then this is the place. There are, however, other coffee shops in the area that have good coffee and tables that can hold computers and seat friendly locals. They also serve who only stand and drink.

Last 2 weeks, After seeing a employee helping a employee, she gets yelled at from that employee, calling her mean and attitude.. not cool, train your employees to accept help. I'm a regular, but seeing that interaction sucks. No longer feels welcoming. The big white guy, cmon man. Be nice to your coworker. That Asian lady customer service is incredible, makes drinks super fast and efficient. The white guy, not so great. I waited for my drink while he stands there. Asian lady goes and helps.
