The management was trying to steal from me. The staff member was honest.
If I wasn’t watching it happen, the shift supervisor would have likely prevailed.
Be careful. Management is trying to rip you off.

This is one of the best Starbucks in the entire city of Toronto and I believe that wholeheartedly. The staff, the energy, and the space itself is simply magnetic, and it makes me want to return day after day. The new manager Lauren is simply a delight and is somebody I look forward to seeing every day. I am consistently greeted with a smile and open arms by people who genuinely feel interested in getting to know me and providing exceptional service

I’m a regular customer at the Starbucks near Queen and Logan and I was very disappointed with my recent experience. I came in asking for water with the same reusable cup I always use and I was turned down. As a loyal customer, this felt very uncalled for and unnecessary.
Starbucks usually prides itself on customer service and hospitality, so this was extremely surprising. I hope the management team takes this feedback seriously and ensures that regular customers and anyone who comes in are treated with respect and consistency.

The manager Ivan extremely rude his name is Ivan please write complaints about him because he's very rude I got a drink tasted very bad I almost threw up never get from here where is Starbucks location ever
As much as I love dogs, animals aren't allowed in food places and it shouldn't be left to a customer to raise this. Staff need to enforce health regulations without being prompted to do so.

If you can get your drinks from somewhere else then get it from somewhere else. 1st picture is what I ordered from this store. 2nd picture is from somewhere else. Can’t even tasted the strawberry flavor from the drink I ordered from this place with “strawberry cold foam” and the coconut flavor from the coconut beverage. You can see how much they put it by looking at the lines of the cup and the difference of the cold foam. The strawberry cold foam all melted (gone) even before I drink it.

One of the cleanest friendliest Starbucks. We love coffee shops and we truly prefer non-chain ones, yet we come here a lot because of the space and the staff.

Didn't want to argue, but came in recently and my service dog and I were asked to leave. Unfortunate. Had to mobile order and get my friend to grab it for me, drink was made wrong also. Asked for a iced Latte with oatmilk and cold foam but was not given oatmilk

Ive been going here for some time and haven’t had a problem, until I ordered a pink drink via Uber and found a small bug while cleaning the cup stuck to ice. I’ve heard that places do not properly clean their ice machines and now I believe it. Kind of unfortunate but be careful ordering ice drinks.
