Was in a rush and tried to order 3 pike coffee’s at the counter here to bring for some clients, I asked the barrista to make them as I have done in the past. “Barrista” told me he would “leave room” in the cup but I would have to make them myself at the bar (mix the cream and sugars)asked again and he repeated the same thing. left empty handed and that’s the end of my Starbucks affiliation

Unprofessional and dishonest. They tipped themselves $2 before even giving me the machine, without asking or informing me. This is not acceptable business practice. If they do this to other customers, be careful. I won’t be returning and I do not recommend their service.

Was rejected to be served properly. When you use drive through they put sugar in your drink and this service is complete and a part of the final, very expensive price, when you ask on counter, if a rude person serves you, they can reject. So, today was this day. Instead of receiving a complete drink for the price, I still had to work for making it right, because the cashier declined to do it for me.

Ordered 2 drinks at this location at the pick up counter the barista slide the drink on the counter which gets spilled. I find it rude for her action instead of handing it. I’d try another location after reading past reviews.
$14.80 for 2 Grande Pumpkin Spice Lattes 🤣. With a PATHETIC 10 cent discount for bringing my own cup 🤣🤣. The cup discount was 10 cents in 1995 too 🤣🤣🤣. Ordered this at 7am and the price put me in a bad mood instantly. Nice way to start my day. Was the coffee good? Yes, sure, but for $7.65, NO! Used to go to Starbucks all the time. Now, twice a year maybe.
