Average Starbucks. Note that this store is TEMPORARILY CLOSED for renovations as of November 5, 2024!
All of the members of the staff were perfectly friendly. Very helpful and cheerful. Loved them.

Please do something about the employees here filling large cups halfway. There is a basic mismanagement going on here. It was enough that it happened in-store, now it's twice via an ordering app. Fix this

I have been at this location a few times, they treat everyone equally (either you are homeless, a billioner, or just a regular guy). I love their latte, and I do recommend their place for everyone, folks! Note: I am not from Ontario, and I am not affiliated with Starbucks. Thanks,

The recycling bin has three holes for different types of recycling materials, but it all just goes into one plastic garbage bag. What's the point of separating?
Generally not one to complain, especially about a standard go to place like Starbucks. The washroom was really dirty, they wrote my name as Saddam instead of Sadaf and didn’t bother ton confirm (I didn’t have my Starbucks app ready this time) and my strawberry lemonade that I always order was missing an entire inch if not more of drink from the top of the venti cup.
THANK YOU to the amazing barrista team working this morning at 7:30am at 235 Bloor St. East Toronto! You are the best! You went out of you way this morning, which started my day amazingly. I wish I had your names! Other places do not even make eye contact, this team sprung into action all because I asked if they had any more used coffee grounds for gardening! I wish you all the best! XO

This is hands down the best Starbucks in downtown. The baristas were amazing!! They spelled my name correctly and Autumn remade the “Cotton Candy Frappucino” perfectlyy. Even though the raspberry syrup was discontinued, I can not emphasize enough on how perfect it tasted. It is even better than the original Cotton Candy Frappe with the raspberry syrup, and it is in the original pink colour! I am so thrilled and thankful for them. Definitely recommend coming here, 10000%✨❤️

As a loyal customer of Starbucks, I am very disappointed during my visit today! I was trying to redeem the 4 drinks for $20 since my Starbucks app notified me and my email as well. I was excited to get the drinks and unfortunately, Paul, the barista or supervisor didn’t honour the deal or accommodated me.
As a loyal customer, I feel like it’s important to accommodate your customers or provide an alternative solution, especially since there’s a lot of Starbucks out there and if Starbucks want to keep their loyal customers, they should definitely try their best to help out.

I gave 1 star for their drinks and foods, 3 stars for their service, cause I felt indifferent about it, and 5 stars for the atmosphere because it’s really a cool calm spot. Too bad their drinks are trash. You’re better off getting water and ice cause that’s basically what they make with tiny drop of color. The best starsbucks remains the one located inside the Ryerson University Building at downtown Dundas. It’s just that they always close for the summer. Their drinks are really rich there and not diluted water like the rest.

Just a quick grab on way to a Hack-a-thon. Gentleman behind the counter was patient with my friend's morning fog and trying to decide. Grateful for the other patrons patience as well.
Coffee was spot on to all other Starbucks, morning sandwich was on par with any other fast food sandwich.
Parking: Probably other high rise parking buildings, but 8am on a Saturday morning I scooped a quick spot on the street just outside the location. Service was quick enough. I did have to point out one drink was missing.

I was in a rush to work so I dropped by for a matcha tea latte and got chai latte instead. Had no time to argue with the staff so I left with the drink I don’t even like. Rather go to Tim Horton next time where they won’t mess up with the order

Ordered Blonde roast, which it wasn’t, return to get the right blend, Lady at the counter “ you want blonde roast, I will get you blonde roast” gives me the same blend, thinking I could not tell, at this point i have a real job to get to, why they do this instead of saying there is no light roast left, wouldn’t bother paying for anything else, bunch of Snobs working here, tip for pouring coffee? Please Gtfoh.
