Generally not one to complain, especially about a standard go to place like Starbucks. The washroom was really dirty, they wrote my name as Saddam instead of Sadaf and didn’t bother ton confirm (I didn’t have my Starbucks app ready this time) and my strawberry lemonade that I always order was missing an entire inch if not more of drink from the top of the venti cup.

I wish I had your names! Other places do not even make eye contact, this team sprung into action all because I asked if they had any more used coffee grounds for gardening! I wish you all the best!
