I had such a wonderful experience at Starbucks recently and wanted to express my gratitude. The service was amazing from the moment I walked in—everyone was kind, attentive, and welcoming. After ordering my tea, I stepped back to wait, and by accident my backpack brushed against a mug that fell and broke. I immediately felt so embarrassed, but the team was incredibly graceful and caring about the situation. Instead of making me feel bad, they reassured me with kindness, and it truly reminded me that there is so much love and compassion in the world.
To top it all off, my tea was absolutely delicious—exactly what I needed. Thank you to the wonderful staff for turning what could have been a stressful moment into one filled with warmth and humanity.

Can you imagine McDonald’s not selling cheeseburgers after a certain hour? That’s what it feels like when Starbucks stops brewing dark roast at night. Used to be the go-to for bold coffee—now, not so much.
