Donna the manager is very sweet and Conor and Sam and Alex are great. They are always polite and cheery.

STAY AWAY from queen east and Brookmount location.

I've been to a lot of Starbucks, but this is by far one of the best. The place is big, lots of seating and always very clean. But what makes a big difference from other Starbucks in my opinion is the team! The whole team is super welcoming and smiling, they always have a little word for you. Each time, a member of the staff initiates the conversation. The service is also fast and impeccable.
