One of my fav Starbucks locations in the city and is super convenient especially on-the-go! Baristas are always friendly and food and drinks come out pretty quick, and lots of seating inside too

Been going to this starbucks for years, but they have become too strict on bathroom access. They only let people use the washroom if you make a purchase. One time i went in and their system was down, cash only so I couldn’t make a purchase and they still said no bathroom use…. Brutal

Best Starbucks location. Amazing people and all of them deserve a raise just for the level of the customer service. They made my day. Thank you to the kind lady who checked to make sure my order was given to me and swapped it once cuz I had ordered the wrong item.

Extremely dehydrated and dry throat and I just went in to ask if they can refill my water bottle and they refused unless I bought something. I guess I’ll just faint from dehydration because I’m not paying $4 for a bottle of water

I used to frequent this store a lot when I worked in the area a few years ago in 2021/2022 and the staff back then were always really nice, remembered my order, fast and good at making drinks. Have visited a few times again over the years and my last couple visits were far from what I was used to. The baristas I came in contact with were incredibly rude. On one occasion, my order was ‘misplaced’ and when I approached the barista about it (an older Asian woman) she claimed they never got the order even though they absolutely did, I had to ask her to check on her end as I left my phone in the car. When she checked she said yes, I have a drink under this name but “it’s not what you’re saying” (I only told her the drink name and size not the modifications) and made it seem like I was lying … very uncomfortable.

I didn’t return to the store for a while after that, but then I came again a few days ago and a middle aged guy with a beard and beanie was handing out/making the mobile orders. I witnessed his overall behaviour and it genuinely seemed like he hated his job-complaining about work with another customer, rolling his eyes at someone’s order, and just seemed like he’d rather be anywhere else. Again, weird vibes.

Just sad to see this location has changed so much. I don’t think I’ll be returning and it’s solely because of the attitude of the staff members.

I recently tried the Dragon Fruit Drink from Starbucks along with their Strawberry Cake Pops, and it was a delightful experience!

Starting with the Dragon Fruit Drink, I was immediately struck by its vibrant pink color—so Instagram-worthy! The drink combines refreshing, tropical flavors of dragon fruit, coconut, and a hint of lime. The taste was light and fruity, perfect for a warm day. The coconut milk added a creamy texture that made it feel indulgent without being overly heavy. It was refreshing, slightly sweet, and left me feeling energized.

Now, onto the Strawberry Cake Pops. These little bites of heaven are a must-try! They have a moist, soft texture with a rich strawberry flavor that is both sweet and satisfying. The outside chocolate coating was sweet but didn’t overwhelm the cake itself, providing a perfect balance. It’s a fun treat that pairs beautifully with the drink. I also appreciated the portion size—just the right amount for a quick snack!

Overall, I highly recommend trying the Starbucks Dragon Fruit Drink and Strawberry Cake Pops together. They complement each other well, creating a deliciously refreshing snack time. Whether you’re treating yourself or looking for a fun outing with friends, this combo is sure to brighten your day!

I ordered a vanilla latte with 5 pumps but it didn’t taste good so I asked for an extra pump. The girl who made my coffee told me that she couldn’t add an extra pump so she refused to saying it’s company’ policy. I buy the same coffee for 3 years now. They hardly make it right and every time I go to the store and it’s that same girl who refused to add the extra pump she just shoves the cup across the counter with no eye contact like she has an issue with me.
