Lined up outside for the Holiday Bear cup. There was 3 on the shelf and I talked to the one person infront of me and he said he was only getting 1, so I stayed and waited thinking i’d for sure get one. 5 minutes before opening, the worker took 2 off the shelf and went to the back and put it away for I can only assume himself. That’s not in the spirit of the holidays and not putting customers who waited out in the cold. Really disappointing.

I love this Starbucks but the Saturday crew is TERRIBLE! They don’t pay attention… they don’t make the drinks right I just can not . It’s like children who are friends in a classroom who need to be seperate! They don’t even acknowledge you and let you know there is going to be a wait . Love this Starbucks just NOT on saturdays

Grabbed a drink on my way to the R.C. Harris Water Treatment Plant and it was perfect! Tasted great and was just what I needed.

This is a nice location and friendly employees, but I had the worst coffee of my life here. Oat milk Flat White, the coffee tasted burnt and the oat milk tasted like industrial strength chemical oat compound. Couldn’t finish. With the price of everything now (because of corporate greed - eat the rich), I can’t be wasting $7 on a coffee I can’t drink.
It's a storbies! I wish customers would be more patient on busy days 🙏, as a batista, yall stress me out sometimes. Im just trinna get your coffee 🥲
