We stopped at this Starbucks for a quick bite and a washroom break, and we were impressed by how clean the location was. The staff were professional and approachable, making for a pleasant visit. I also noticed they had a great selection of tumblers, though I passed since I already have one.

One nice touch is that they’re currently collecting hygiene products to support the Gerstein Crisis Centre. If you’d like to contribute, there’s a basket near the checkout where you can drop off your items.

We ordered two Double-Smoked Bacon, Cheddar & Egg Sandwiches, which were nicely presented and tasted delicious. Since the inside seating was full, we sat outside, and I appreciated that the outdoor tables were kept clean. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely visit again!

Parking: There is free parking on the street in the residential area, but you can also do paid parking in the main street

I visited this location and had a frustrating experience. After my order was mistakenly made as an iced latte instead of hot, I patiently waited for the correction. The staff offered me the iced drink, which I appreciated. However, when I asked for a cover to take the extra drink with me, both baristas refused, saying, "We only give those out for delivery orders."

What made the situation worse was how they displayed visible frustration and attitude when I politely asked for a simple solution. It was unprofessional and left a negative impression. I ended up leaving the drink behind, as I couldn’t take both. Other locations have treated me much better, and because of this unprofessionalism, I won’t be returning here.

Every time I come to this location I want to enjoy my drink on the patio, but there is one major problem, bees. The garbage bins are placed to close to the patio that are attracting bees, which also swarm the customers on the patio. Today one went into my drink and I had to throw it away. I am not impressed.

The staff in this busy Starbucks location are always happy, courteous and friendly.
I assume they must have a good manager.
I work outside and I'm always very pleased to buy coffee here and use the facilities. It is reliable cool respite from the heat and the coffee is hot and food is good.

Ordered through Skip the dishes. Awesome food. Great ingredients. Delicious. Breakfast. Never would have tried without Skip the Dishes. Twice this week. Hot and yummy! Gruyère and egg and bacon. All great. Not huge but definitely delicious!

This used to be my neighbourhood Starbucks and have always enjoyed the friendly staff that have worked here over the years. I no longer live in the area, but come to this startbucks every couple of weeks.One employee that stands out to me is Soomellah! She is one of the nicest people I have interacted with - always smiling and cheerful and just such a kind person!! She works hard and multitasks in a way that never makes the customer feel ignored!

This is my third oder this week as we speak, the service has declined at starbucks immensely. The point of paying $6 for a coffee is to be satisfied or Atleast not have a bad customer experience. The girl who was serving me first took 10-20 mins given the store was empty only me & 1 more clnt. She was busy talking to coworker which is fine like you do bt after you have taken my order Atleast. Another issue is with them forgetting how to make that order. Id ask hot chocolate theyd forget to put mocha syrup and then she (the employee) got mad at me and gave me attitude and poured so much mocha syrup on top. I go litterly every day if not and i know I shouldn’t be upset about a very small detail bt again why am I paying. Not only that i always ask for skinny caremal machiato. Past 2 orders totally wrong. And i have been very patient and very calm in this situation bt now its feels ripoff. From loving starbucks to not wanting it now
